The hotel is at a great location but it comes with a huge drawback, noise. Also, the elevator goes only upto 5th floor and if you have heavy/big luggage, you could not take it to sixth floor. Staff is very friendly and they try to help you as much as possible. Breakfast is just OK. Overall it is a good... More

Friend and I originally booked a night at this hotel before flying back the next day, upon arrival the owner told us they double booked us. Not only has he upgraded our room to the hotel next door, he also paid the extra for us. Also, he offered us free breakfast and accommodated to all our needs in terms of... More

A small hotel in the busy part of the Old Town. Good staff and very clean, fine breakfast. You can start there for a walk through the busy routes, can eat in small restaurants or beside the streets. Shops are around for all things you want to buy.

Booked family room and it was well furnished. Air conditioning and wifi were also working well and there was a laptop for travelers to use. Breakfast area was quite small (about 30 people can seat at once). Receptionist can speak reasonable English and is knowledgeable about good eateries in the area.

I finally booked here cos it seems to have a good family room with comfy beds and I must say it did not disappoint me. The internet in the room works ok and there is a laptop for your own use too. Beds are firm and comfy. Except the Aircon is not strong enough for the far end of the... More

We really enjoyed our stay at Symphony Hotel. It is a small hotel with only a couple of rooms and it is intimate, not just because of the size, but because of the closeness you feel with the staff- the girls as well as 'the boss' are so incredibly nice, helpful and polite. Their English is really good and they... More

The hotel is worth the money spending. It was clean and equipped with basic facility. The staffs are very nice and helpful. I arrived Hanoi around 6 am. The hotel arranged a staff for our early check in and even allowed us to have a breakfast without extra charge for the day.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The room was clean, comfy, and the wifi was decent-ish. We had a balcony room with a queen and double bed. The breakfast was good. The owner was extremely helpful in arranging other travel and a boat trip to Halong Bay. They also organized a taxi to pick me up from the airport at 1:00... More

I walked in recommended by a friend. The owners are very nice and accommodating, they understand the value of good customer service and this is what makes this hotel stand out above other places you might be considering in Hanoi. The owner serves as a concierge I think. Suites are very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The hotel is in... More
