We stayed here whilst based in Hanoi fo a week. Our twin room was on the small size but clean enough, whilst the taps on the shower were a bit shoddy. We booked a tour to Sapa and also to Ha Long and all transfers went to the correct destinations (they are part of the Sinh Cafe Tour operators and...

Very dangerous people indeed. We did not stay there. We booked a bus to Luang Prabang with toilet from the male attendant. To our horror, there was NO toilet and the bus headed to Vientiane instead! This is definitely not a mistake and was done deliberately as we have confirmed with him while he was issuing the receipt to us...

We stayed at Hanoi Memory Hotel on and off over a period of two weeks at the end of 3 months travelling in Vietnam. The staff were very welcoming and incredibly helpful. We booked trips to Halong Bay and buses to Ninh Binh and Sa Pa through them. We left some of our luggage there and everything we is in...

The hotel wasn't that bad despite the fact that the staff not only were they liars and cheaters, but also they were really dangerous people. There was a situation when they were trying to convinced us to stay. We'd been told we could get a coffee for a very cheap ammount of money... When we got up and we asked...

I stayed in Hanoi Memory Hotel (19 Bat Dan, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi, Vietnam) for 1 night on 15th of April 2012. There I was robbed while I was sleeping in the room. I lost my laptop (Hp), smartphone (Samsung Galaxy S2), wrist watch (Swatch) and cash. I was not drunk, I was simply tired and trying to sleep inside...

The rooms here was ok and the breakfast was basic but nice! Fairly good value for money!! The only problem was it was the same company and staff as the sinh cafe which are awful!!! One of the member of staff specifically a man was sooo rude and dismissive!!!!! Which spoilt the place bacause the hotel was ok!!

Was brought here by desk attendant after their other hotel was full. Great wifi and nice room including hot water, table and chairs and cable tv. Windows opened onto street and although we were on the 2nd floor, wasn't too noisy. After we checked out, still let us leave our bags there and use the shower before our bus trip...

Very nice hotel, great location - central, yet no trafic noise. WiFi, hot water, laundry service, computers, luggage store - all you need basically. Extremely friendly staff! Made Hanoi more than just a town. The tours offered are great value.
