Excellent location for this hotel which is in the old quarter. Part of the bustling city and a wonderful welcome to Hanoi. Great friend staff and very wll appointed rooms, quiet rooms all good; my room was on the 7th floor. Staff speak English.

We stayed here for 3 nights as part of a package. The included breakfast provided a good variety of hot and cold dishes, juices and eggs cooked as required. The hotel has 24/7 reception and the English speaking staff is helpful , allowing a noon checkout. Rooms and bathroom were large enough with good water pressure , Ask for a...

We stayed at this hotel for three nights as part of a tour with Getaway Halong Sapa. Rooms were spacious and clean, nice bathrooms, tea and coffee, bathrobes etc. on our first 2 nights we were at the front on a lower floor overlooking a busy little street so there was some noise and they are up early in Hanoi...

I stayed in this hotel in March 2015 as part of an Explore tour. I had spent the previous 3 nights in another hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi and therefore, it was nice to stay in a different area. The location of the hotel is very good. Straight down the road is Hoan Kiem Lake which is lovely...

Restaurant underneath the hotel which serves a great breakfast. Busy outside the hotel with lots of action. Reasonable hairdresser and nail bar across the road - used this twice....

First time visit to Hanoi, my friend and I were delivered to La Belle Vie as part of a pre-booked package tour. All staff are very accommodating and friendly, the room is clean and comfortable and it's only a VERY cheap taxi ride if you can't be bothered to walk home from the old quarter. We would happily stay here...

La Belle Vie Hotel in Hanoi is well presented. We stayed on two separate nights, before and after visiting Ha Long Bay. Both rooms were lovely, but the 2nd time room 416 was larger and had a better outlook. Breakfast was delicious. Eggs could be fried or omeletted to order and there were 4 bains filled with fried rice and...
