Very modern, exceptionally clean, superb shower, free wifi. Wide range of buffet food for breakfast. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Easy to get to other places in Hanoi, old quarter 25 mins walk. The negative is that the bar area is not at all welcoming.

This was our first hotel in Vietnam and definitely the best we stayed in. Well situated right in the centre of town with lots going on up and down the street, but once inside quiet and peaceful. Rooms were spacious, well decorated, and offered everything you would need and the bed was so comfy! Great power shower too. Only down...

This new hotel was the best of its kind that we stayed in in Vietnam - the rooms are fresh and well finished with high class fittings and the service is excellent. It's a bit of a walk to the old town and the sights of Hanoi, but in a pleasant relatively quiet street. Recommended.

To make amends for a booking error, my family and I were transferred to this lovely hotel. Its name aptly describes the ambience at La Belle Vie in the heart of the old district. It is an oasis of serenity, away from the bustling, vibrant Hanoi. La Belle Vie is immaculate and cosmopolitan. The hotel exceeded our expectations. It was...

Love this boutique hotel. 10 walk to the center of old quarter. Nice to be little away from chaotic center of tourist attractions. Very friendly stuff. Accommodate your need quickly. We had a room facing street on 10th fl. Nice view but noisy from car hunting all night. We asked for quiet room away from street. They moved us toward...

The room had everything you needed, enough space for 2 people. However, the wall between the bathroom and bedroom is very thin, and partly seethrough, and the room stank of smoke when we first arrived. Good wifi. Good breakfast. Great location, a short walk to the old quarter, the lake, the night market etc. The staff were excellent. Extremely helpful...

Stayed for two nights in May. Reception staff are helpful and speak decent English (which is not all that common in Vietnam). The breakfast buffet is very good and I can recommend the pho. The rooms are fairly spacious, the AC works well and the wifi worked well in our room. The only downside is the bathroom, our room had...

We stayed 3 nights here and enjoyed it very much. The room was great, spacious and clean. The staff were excellent, always eager to help with our questions, and ably stored our bags when we were of on out-of-town tours. The young woman at the front desk (12-hour shifts!) was very helpful. The downstairs breakfast had everything you could want....

My 3 friends and I stayed at this hotel in our 2 week whistle stop tour of Vietnam. The rooms were quiet and comfortable and I felt of a decent quality for the price we paid. The location was really well placed about 10 minutes walk from the markets and 10 minutes drive from the train station. The breakfast was...
