What a pleasant surprise. A enveloping and pampered experience. From the beautiful rooms. Very comfortable bed. Wonderful bathroom facility. Tasty breakfast with great variety and choice of food. The staff were polite and very accommodating. Public areas, beautifully designed, relaxing and comfortable highly recommended.

This hotel is located perfectly for being in the heart of Hanoi, across the road from the Opera House and walking distance to many local spots. The bedrooms are perfect with huge beds and the staff very helpful. Great choices for breakfast which thankfully is served until 10-30! We had a room facing the street and it wasn't bad at... More

We stayed here only 2 nights, 1 night before leaving for Halong Bay and 1 night after Halong bay before flying back to the US. I loved the hotel and wished we could have stayed longer. The hotel was nice/clean and the room was quite spacious. Staff was nice and helpful which was a plus. The hotel is conveniently located... More

Here is what we appreciated the most about this hotel: a. Location: just south east of the Old Quarter, close enough to most attractions and sites but far enough not to be caught in the intensity, noise and traffic of the area. b. Transport: whether you want to board the electric car system through the Old Quarter or simply be... More

Hotel was booked by our travel agent. A very pleasant hotel, in the centre of the city. Very service oriented and friendly staff. Rooms of very good quality. Pool also ok, a bit small. Breakfast and dinner were very good.

We spent the last night of our 3 week Vietnam adventure here, Beautiful hotel. Breakfast was incredible. The beds....the most comfortable Ive EVER slept in, high and luxurious, like sleeping on clouds :) Reasonably priced and in a great location in the French Quarter. Great and helpful Staff, definetely stay here again next time.
