What a great hotel and staff. From checking in to breakfast...should be five stars!!! We requested a quiet room and were given an excellent room with no noise. Breakfast was great...even made me ginger tea!!!

Pro: Staff, Breakfast was fantastic and the staff throughout the hotel was absolutely wonderful. Cons: The gym is tiny and with aging equipment. In sum: Get new equipment for the gym, make airport pickup easier for everyone/more noticeable. Fantastic staff throughout the hotel. Give them all raises.

The hotel is in a great position between the French Quarter and Old Town and overlooks Hoan Kiem Lake. Our 7th floor room was delightful, with a great view. (We did hear complaints from other guests that their 1st floor room was noisy.) From the moment we arrived the staff couldn't do enough for us. From running to open the...

We stayed at the Silk Path for a couple of nights and really enjoyed it. The lobby area where you can sit with a drink and watch the scooters go by is glorious! The staff from check in to room service are all very helpful and friendly at all times, you can ask them any questions about where to go...

Great hotel, close to French and old quarter. Good selection for breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Avoid staying on 8th floor under 9th floor gym. Try the wood oven pizza when your looking for a taste of western.

This hotel is really nice and beautiful. Staffs , Vuong Hoa, Linh and Hieu, are so helpful. It takes you around 7-10 minutes to the old quarter. So this is absolutely great. No noise disturb me when I slept in the room. Awesome!!

Even in an inexpensive room with no view this is a really nice hotel with very good and friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble nor was anything particularly expensive (e.g. laundry). Good position on the edge of the old town, easy walk to the lake and beyond

3 nights in Hanoi, A good central hotel near the old quarter, the fench quarter and other central sights. Good accomodation, good breakfast and adequate restaurant. Staff friendly and helpful. It is pretty well what one would expect. There are many nearby restaurants which provide a cheaper and more interesting alternative for eating in the evening

Location is central to West Lake, Night Market with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Suggest to spend a few dollars more as the entry level rooms don,t have external windows. Rooms were upscale and nicely appointed. The breakfast is really good ....plenty to choose from and changes daily ....omelettes,dim sum, fruit etc etc. Would recommend to my friends.

Just ending our Vietnam 2weeks holiday at the Silk path hotel in Hanoi. Such a gem in the old quarter. The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond for us. Thank you Khoi and Nghia for making our stay one to remember. And also thank you N.Anh for accomodating us, knowing we had a late flight and gave...
