Stayed at this hotel for 3nights altogether and we are more than happy to write something about them. From the moment we were greeted by the hotel staff at the airport until checking out, we felt we were the part of the Rising Dragon family. Not only their friendliness that they made such an effort to make you feel at...

My family traveled from North to Central Vietnam for the entire month of July 2010. Of all the hotels that we stayed on our trip, Rising Dragon II Hotel was the best. The Goods: excellent service by friendly, courteous staff; clean and comfortable rooms; made-to-order, delicious, complimentary breakfast. The Bad: none Our thanks to Mr. Tony Nguyen, the young, but...

This place is very conveniently centred in the heart of Hanoi, saying that it is not a noisy hotel by any stretch. We booked this as our first stop in Vietnam and were winging it from there on in. The staff were definitely the most helpful and friendly we encountered and we encountered many. They arranged out airport pickup/dropoff which...

Rising Dragon is a well maintained professionally run small hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. It is located at the edge of the Old Quarter, a great location for exploring the Quarter. Many of the nicely furnished rooms do not have windows so if a window is important to you ask to be in the front. PCs with...

We stayed at the Rising Dragon 11 Hotel for a couple of days at the beginning of our epic adventure to Vietnam and for one night at the end of the trip. The hotel was great value for money as the room was spacious, with internet services,(a bit slow at times) tea & coffee facilities and a very large bed....

I spent last year living and traveling all over Vietnam. The Rising Dragon II hotel was my home away from home. The staff are excellent. Friendly, fluent in English, and extremely helpful. When my family came to visit the staff did a great job organizing tours and cultural activities for them. I would suggest this hotel to anyone for business...

I lived in Southern Vietnam for a year and frequently made trips up to Hanoi. I stayed at Rising Dragon II every time. The staff makes you feel so welcome with smiles and friendly hellos. They are super nice and helpful. The hotel is located in the Old Quarter walking distance from most things. You can get a real feel...

We stayed at the Rising Dragon II Hotel for 8 days (we stayed on and off between trips to Sapa and Ha long Bay). We loved the staff and the excellent service they provided. The manager and staff are highly professional, knowledgeable, warm, and friendly. They were extremely helpful with all of our questions. We researched various travel agencies for...

We booked to stay here in April after reading all the raving reviews but sadly it wasn't what we expected. Firstly they forgot to pick us up from the airport even though they begged us to book transfers. Then you get to your room. There's fruit but no knife to cut it with. You go to the bathroom and wash...
