The hotel stays in the central of the old town Hanoi so you can walk to anywhere such as the market, restaurants, coffee shops, the Hanoi church, Hoan Kiem lake... Their decoration made me feel a bit royal. The room was quite old but comfy, my room has a bathtub too. Really nice! The breakfast was very simple and was...

You feel like royalty from the moment your tour bus pulls up outside. The very friendly, efficient staff are there to whisk you and your luggage inside to the foyer. Rooms are modern, spacious, very comfortable and air conditioned. Bathrooms include a bath. Breakfast was nice with your eggs cooked to perfection any old way. This hotel is close to...

I had 2 separate stays at this hotel, including the final stay after a 4 week trip to Vietnam. It seemed the perfect finale to the trip. From the moment the staff assist with bags on arrival (I arrived by car across the street and it was as if they had been waiting specifically for me) until the same service...

This hotel is right in the old quarter and walking distance to the lake. The hotel is about seven or eight metres wide so an interesting use of space. We had a double room on third floor and although it was smallish it was comfortable. The staff go out of their way to help you. Even to the front desk...

Two complimentary bottles of water per day and breakfast is included. Breakfast could be greatly improved, bit stale looking, but they will cook you fresh eggs however you like them. Location for us...

One of the best experiences in our month long trip to Viet Nam. The staff here are exceptional, particularly at the from desk and concierge. English is well spoken and their attention to detail and genuine desire to see us have a good experience was comparable to any high end hotel - but at an affordable price. Rooms were great...

Excellent customer service by the staff but especially Monica at the front desk. She helped us book our trip to Halong bay and we where not steared the wrong way. We took our trip with Galaxy cruises anbd it was great. Definitly recomend the 3 day trip as the first day is very touristy and the 2nd day was just...

Located in the middle of the Old Quarter the Dolce Vita is in a great spot to explore Hanoi. It's a very comfortable and well maintained hotel, with nice clean spacious rooms, excellent air-con and everything you need for a base in the city. A lot of the rooms are located inside the building with no external windows, but windows...
