The first view of the paramount might be a shock, but for the price and location I wouldn't look anywhere else. Stayed there twice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good apart from the jam. The best thing about the hotel however are the staff who can arrange anything includiing taxis to airport at excellent prices. Thoroughly recommended

The room was very nice. Breakfast tasty. The friendly staff can organize bustickets and trips for you and can give you a good deal. The internet was not really working very well in the room. Laundry service was not that good. Location is very nice and central.

Once you find the Paramount Hotel, your troubles are over. You’ll be greeted with a smile and shown to a clean, nicely-furnished room. You’ll sleep well (as long as you like a very firm mattress). Perhaps after a nice hot shower, you’ll enjoy an ample breakfast, including tasty Vietnamese specialities that change daily as well as the standard Western fare....

Hanoi was our next stop after Ho Chi Minh city. My husband and I got a suite room on the 8th floor. Room was so nice, beautiful decor, clean, spacious with a big balcony. The most impressive was hotel staffs. They were very friendly, and helpful. Check-in process was very fast, free welcome drink, thank for that because we felt...

This hotel was recommended to us but you just need to know what to expect ahead of time so you are not disappointed. I checked it out on Trip Advisor after staying there, just out of curiosity. I guess the mostly positive but mixed reviews are representative of our experience. The 'family' room was reasonably good value though quite crowded...

We had a large, spacious room at the Paramount for a bargain 20$ a night. The staff are super friendly and breakfast is generous. The only downside was the relatively high commission we were charged for train tickets (56$ for tickets that cost 40$). They were really helpful with information but maybe just stick to the great accommodation and book...

we change the hotel already twice in this city and were really happy to find this hotel. For a little more than the cheap hotel, you really get the difference. The hotel is a high building sothat you really can overview the city. No problem with elevator. The bathroom is very clean and the equipment really good. We had the...

They were helpful in booking trip, arranging taxi to airport and recommending place to go. They helped me store luggage without charges when I went to Halong. Location is another good point, right in the center of Hanoi, just 5 mins walk to Hoan Kiem lake, you could find many local food restaurant near by hotel. Hotel staffs...
