We stayed at Graceful Hotel Hanoi for 3 nights. The hotel is really nice, very well located, with comfortable beds and very good breakfast. The rooms are clean and spacious for Vietnam standards. Very, very good value for money. But what sets this hotel apart is the staff. They are the nicest, most friendly and most service minded staff we...

We have spent 7 nights total with this lovely hotel and staff, with trips in between to Halong Bay and Sapa. Everything is perfect, lovely rooms, clean, fresh linen, beds not too hard for Vietnam and staff very friendly and professional. Perfect location in the heart of the Old Quarter, with coffee spots and restaurants close by. Breakfasts are buffet...

Incredible hotel. Great location. My wife and I stayed in a deluxe room, awesome bed, and great bathroom. We did have a view of the area, decoration of the hotel is so nice and staff are attentive to the all customers, food and drinks are pleasant and this one tops them all. Make sure you go see the water pupet...

Checked in 21 Dec stayed for a night. We booked superior room but then upgraded to deluxe so that's cool! Fast check in and check out. Also picked up service from the airport (since our flight was arriving midnight) for USD18. Everything is good since they are prompt in responding to our email. Very good breakfast, worth the room rate....

We spent one night at Hanoi Graceful Hotel. We had planned to stay two but left after the first. The first room we got had ants crawling down from the corners of the ceiling. We asked for a second room which seemed to be ant free but was pretty dirty. The shower grout was moldy and the toilet was pretty...

This is a cosy hotel situated in one of the quieter streets of Hanoi's bustling Old Quarter. The room was clean and comfortable, and the shower nice and powerful. The best thing about this hotel is the service. I needed more lights in the room when I arrived and they were provided immediately. We toured in Vietnam and returned to...

Nice little hotel near the old quarter in Hanoi. Excellent amenities all-around. We stayed for one night on Christmas Eve and wanted to splurge a bit, so we got the Executive Room with Balcony. What a view!! It was worth the extra $. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, and the breakfast was good. High marks all around!

Plenty of options for hotels in Hanoi.Graceful is clean, comfortable, close to all sites but far enough away for that little breather from hectic street action that is Hanoi. Room facilities are appropriate with water/tea and coffee provided plus a mini bar selection if needed. Beds are comfortable and the shower did its job first thing in the morning after...

We're in the middle of our stay here and I felt compelled to write a quick review to let others know what a terrific place this is. Hotel is very comfortable but what sets this place apart is the amazing service from the entire staff from the moment you arrive. They've made our stay so enjoyable - the doorman, front...

Hanoi Graceful Hotel is a boutique pocket handkerchief sized hotel. It you brush your teeth too vigorously in the bathroom you are likely to chip your elbow on the shower screen. That aside, Trip Advisor only goes to Five Stars. If I could I would give the staff of this hotel ten stars. Never before in all my world travels...
