We stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions, both on very short notice. We found all the staff very friendly, helpful and polite, including carrying our luggage from the Holiday Gold, around the corner, and back again. Mr Duc, the manager, on checkout on our way to Sapa, invited us back again on the morning we flew back to...

This hotel is very nice and I really can feel that the staff gave the maximum for the happiness of clients. It's great and because of this I felt like at home. I will for sure recommend your place in the future to my friends.

The receptionist are excellent and good in English. They are Lean, Luan, Hong and Kieu Lu(sorry for I am not sure for their name's spelling). They are 100% willing to help and warm. They are very friendly and makes me feel I am in my home. The others workers in the hotel are super duper good. Zang, Tu, Dao(Tom), Keung,...

I stayed there for three days, the other time is spent in other places. In these times where the hotel staff are dedicated to meet our requirements. Also help us arrange the rest of the trip. I especially remember the last night of the dinner they prepared for us, I was moved to cry out. Charming Hotel is the kind...

We booked our Ha Long Bay tour through them and had a wonderful trip! The pho for breakfast is great! we would definitely stay at Hanoi Charming hotel again.

We stayed at the Charming Hotel twice in November. We chose Charming in part because of the Trip Advisor reviews and also because a frend had recommended it. And we loved it. The rooms are basic but clean, the breakfast ample. There was a computer in each room and I didn't expect it to work particularly well. But, I was...

Our stay(s) at Hanoi Charming were exceptional simply because the staff were wonderful. The hotel was about 15 minutes walk from the lake, however set in a cute and quieter street within the Old Quarter - lots of character and no cars down that street! They organised a great trip to Sapa and even offered a room for free to...

We spent four nights at the Charming Hotel in November 2010. The hotel is great value - it is in a perfect location for exploring Hanoi, and near to plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The accommodation is clean and simple, but with rooms from about 20dollars a night it's a perfect base.

+ The staff at Charming - Lon and the others - makes the DIFFERENCE. They are staff that the management must treasure! Otherwise, it would be a great loss. Of course, Mr Duc, in a way, your good management and leadership counts. + Shop keepers should be more friendly and more enterprising. A good benchmark would be those in Ho...

The service provided by the manager (Mr. Duc) and his lovely staff at Hanoi's Charming hotel was excellent and rivals that I have experienced at many far more expensive hotels. While this might be a 2 star hotel, the service is 5 star without a doubt!! Hotel Charming is located in the heart of the Old Quarter, approx 5 or...
