The staff here are very helpful, have good English language ability, and are extremely courteous. They have a close relationship with a finance organisation and offer the best money exchange rate that I could find. They have a booking office that allows any tour, train, taxi or private car to and from airport etc. There is no problem if you...

We booked through expedia and we're warmly welcomed upon arrival. The staff were the friendliest most helpful people I have ever encountered travelling. We were upgraded to a balcony suite for free. Location is the best. They kept everything clean. Good overall value for money with five star service. James and other staff helped us to find the best local...

Just stayed here a couple of days ago and we will be back for sure. The location is perfect for exploring the Old Quarter of this huge city. The staff are very accommodating with exceptional understanding when we needed advice or help on anything from buying a charger adaptor for my IPad to needing a pharmacy for some Panadol. The...

A beautiful room to relax in after experiencing the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. I am here for three nights after being transferred from a hotel in the same group. Clean room, great shower, friendly staff. I highly recommend staying here. Everything within walking distance.

We stayed at the Hanoi A1 hotel for 3 nights in October and would definitely recommend it. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and the manger Mr.James could not do enough for you. The rooms were very comfortable; breakfast, freshly cooked food to your order; the hotel is very conveniently placed in the old quarter of Hanoi ! Although...

My partner and I stayed here for two nights following an accident where I was injured. We stayed two separate nights (went to ha long bay in between) and stayed in two different rooms, both which we found very nice and comfortable. The staff were absolutely fantastic, they were very caring towards us, we felt very at home at Hanoi...

we are an older But independent Australian couple, and had a plethora of problems coming in to Vietnam. The Ai hotel staff from the manager (James) down (all staff), went out of their way to help us. Eg retrieving our baggage, lost at departure point by Qatar, to organising 4 star luxury cruise on Hay Long Bay for much less...

Stayed 3nights as part of a private tour. These guys know how to look after a guest. Anything we asked they answered or would work to find the answer. So friendly and welcoming! AMAZING. You are right in the centre of old town, so shopping and eating is no problem at all. It's basic, but has everything you need.

If there is such a thing like "love at first sight", then that was exactly what my wife and I felt when we found Hanoi A1 Hotel. Not only did we like its location in the heart of the Old Quarter, we also liked its reasonable breakfast-included room rates, comfortable accommodations, excellent service, and, above all, the ever-smiling faces of...
