Stayed here at start of intrepid tour, hotel is well located just off the old quarter and staff were helpful in providing maps and directions. My flight arrived early morning so they rushed getting a room ready so i could check in early which was most appreciated.

We stayed in this hotel pre our Intrepid Tour as it was also the start hotel of our tour. Check in was quick and efficient. Lobby is a little small, but it does the job very nicely. Our room was a decent size, with comfortable beds. The bathroom was a little small, with the loo wedged between the shower and...

Situated on a busy corner but quiet inside the hotel. The room was very comfortable and the staff couldn't have been nicer, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good too but staff a little slow in replenishing.

I stay in this Hotel in a Intrepid Trip in Vietnam. The hotel has a good location, next to the old part of Hanoi. The rooms are very small, but clean. The bathroom was OK. The breakfast is very small with few choices. The worst thing that happens, was after check-out. The reception wants that I pay for a towel...

Couldn't be more friendly. Hotel room nice; clean spacious and good shower. Located on a busy street that gets you straight into the life of Hanoi. Quiet and calm on the inside of the hotel. They offered me different options for seeing things around Hanoi.

On the outside, this hotel is charming, as well as the check-in area, but the building smells TOOO DAMP. I know it's very humid and hot in Hanoi, Vietnam, but you can visibly see water stains on the paper in the elevator. The rooms are very dated and the bed is hard, although surprisingly, I slept rather comfortably. If your...

Rooms were small but nice, beds comfortable, and the breakfast good. The Internet was decent but only available in the hotel lobby, and the staff were nice and polite. The bathrooms in the rooms were particularly nice. The hotel was able to keep our luggage safe whilst we spent a night in Halong Bay, which was very helpful.
