This place is a great little hotel in a quite alley in the old quarter, close to great shopping and local eateries. The rooms are quite big and very clean, they come with a fridge. The staff are very nice and Chuong the manager is somehow able to beat any price for tours you could get elsewhere, he saved us...

They helped me with tour booking to sapa and Halong bay and they were both good although i paid a bit more expensive than other customers who did the same tour. Great location in the old quarter that is just a 5 minute walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. Restaurants everywhere along with anything else a traveler might need. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is very friendly making for an enjoyable stay. Cheap tours available to HaLong bay and Sapa, Private cars available for airport pickup.

My most memorable experience in Hanoi has to have been at this place. It's great to stay in a friendly and kind environment. Other than accommodation there is also every other service you need offered like tour advice and an arm just outside. Top marks

I have been with my boyfriend there for a few days. We can recommend it. The Personal are so nice and friendly. We have go a really delicious breakfast. You should test it. They have got many cheap tours. They offer good services. You can also rent cars. The Hotel has got their own cars. The price is fine.

Situated in backpackers street, very good location. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the free breakfast was perfect to start the day. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was a bit hard but not too noticeable. Gave us complimentary rice crisp sticks when we were leaving - very sweet of them.

This is a friendly, family run hotel with clean, spacious and reasonably priced rooms and a decent breakfast. There's always hot water and WiFi, the rooms are kept clean and the service is great. Trung, Mie and the staff are always he!pful and honest, arranging trips, visas or whatever you need. It's in a vibrant part of town, with lots...

I arrived very late and was picked up by Anh Hieu, a former employee of this hotel who currently works for booking-car.com. I left my camera but he was kind enough to call my friend so that she could tell me that my camera is safe. I went to 11 Ngo Huyen and waited for about 20 minutes. They were...

The staff here make you felling at home. The rooms are big, confortable and clean. The rooms are not expensive expecially for the great quality. Thung, the owner, is super helpful, I made through him extenxion visa for Vietnam and visa for China and I discover later that he was really honest. If you are lucky and they have time...

The staff are very nice and helpful but the hotel itself is very tired and rather grotty, although it is not dirty. The owners need to spend quite a lot of money on long, long overdue renovations. It is a shame for the staff as they are very good, helpful and accommodating. We wouldn't stay again.
