We just spent 6 nights at the Serenity hotel. The room was very spacious and the cleanliness could not be faulted. Air conditioners & fans are are in good working order. We actually ended up in 2 rooms as we had overnight stay in Halong bay. Only real negative is both our showers were very leaky. The floor was drenched...

The hotel and the services are great , but they were not completely true to ourselves. When we arrived we had an upgrade to a superior room , very good. We booked online for 2 days and stayed for 6 days more, but the last two days, said they would renew the hotel then would move to another unit Serenity...

We stayed at Serenity Hotel in March 2016 and we had a great experience. Kenny and the rest of the hotel stuff were very nice, helpful and making sure we had everything we needed. Our room was on the 6th floor so we could enjoy the views of the city. Breakfast is served in the top floor which has a...

We booked this hotel in the old quarter of Hanoi and when we arrived the hotel was being upgraded. The only room that was finished was ours which was modern and clean. The bathroom was small buy very clean and practical and to be honest how long do you spend in a bathroom. Hotel staff very welcoming.

The staff at the Serenity 2 hotel where some of the best people we've met over our travels through Southeast Asia. They are always eager to help, provide thoughtful and useful advice, and go out of their way to help. We especially appreciated the day time managers, Joy, help in planning our trip. Her advice was always honest and came...

Serenity hotel was one of the best experiences I had in Hanoi. The staff was so nice and helpful, the rooms were great and for a great price as well. We went to Sapa from Hanoi and the bus was very early so the staff packed us the breakfast in a brown bag for the road! I would recommand everyone...

Once we arrived at the hotel on the first day of our trip in Hanoi, Vietnam, the staff and also (I think) the owner of the hotel greet and welcome us pretty warm and explained about all the facilities they offer during our stay at the hotel. The lady (owner) spent her time to explain about Vietnam and what we...

We stayed on the 6th floor which was quite the hike, but the walk was good exercise. The view was amazing. The hot water was awesome. The room needs work, but they have free breakfast and the kindness of the staff made up for anything that was less than perfect. The location is great as well. Walking distance to night...
