The hotel is on a tiny side street off a backpacker bus road. Hanoi is loud, busy, crazy! So it's nice to turn down the road and have some peace and quiet. We organised transfer via the hotel so we're picked up from the airport and upon arrival hotel staff came to meet us on the Main Street and took...

Room was nice and clean, breakfast buffet had lots of options, pool looked great but it was raining when we were there, so didn't get to swim. Easy check out of bikes and just a few mins to downtown Hoi An. Definitely on the outskirts of town, but still so convenient. Even walkable if necessary. Gym looked good enough, didn't...

We stayed at the Serenity Hotel for 8 nights in October 2016. The Hotel is in Hoan Kiem district located near the old sector of town not too far from a lovely lake (Hoan Kiem Lake). The area is Hanoi 'full on'. There are thousands of motor bikes/ scooters and cars all fighting to cross the intersections of small roads....

This hotel was perfect for our trip. We stayed five nights in total. The staff was friendly and really helpful. Always available to answer our requests. We booked troughs the hotel a trip to Halong bay. They recommended us "Lemon Cruise". It was a really nice trip, well organized and a good deal for value. The hotel was revamped last...

We had to cancel our reservation because a typhoon changed our plans significantly. We found that we had to pay the full cost of the room even though we cancelled 2 and a half days beforehand. There are plenty of hotels that don't impose a cancellation fee, so you might want to select a different one.

Booked on Booking.com and a real treasure. Thoroughly modern but in an original 5 storey town house in the centre of Hanois Old Quarter. The Americans must have missed bombing this one!! Wonderful friendly staff, excellent English and knowledge and really take the time to get to know you personally. Helpful with local information even down to where I could...

Ate in the restaurant; as had accommodation sorted elsewhere did not stay here. Restaurant was very small, the group of friends and I (5 ppl) were the only ones in the restaurant resulting in a lack of atmosphere. Situated at the top of the serenity hotel views could be amazing however was overcast on day we ate here. Food was...

Very lovely stay in Hanoi and helpful staff. They're always willing to help us out even before we ask it. Clean and big room with city view of Hanoi. Very close to the centre of Old Quater. It only take a few minutes to all of the attractions.

Nice hotel. Very tranquil. The room was very clean and quiet (even though it is right in the heart of downtown Hanoi) and the bed was comfortable as well (the mattress was much less stiff than others we've visited). The best part was the rooftop restaurant for a great breakfast. I would recommend!
