We just standing in front of them for 5 minutes finally 1 of the hostesses with a sudden stop turn around and asked us: “What do you want?” ……. We were very interesting to known what kinds of trainings they had about service customers. Do they have any training at all or this is a standard service at this hotel.

The hotel is located a kilometer and a half away from the busy and noisy streets of Old Quarter (15 minutes by walk). We were not really expecting much given our experience from the first two hotels we have stayed in. This one's really worth the money we paid for. Room is always kept clean. Toiletries are complete. Towels and...

I stayed at this hotel for one night and it was so terrible. From the moment you walk into the lobby, the place smells so badly of strong cigarette smoke. The place is extremely run down. When making the booking, we were assured of a suite but when we arrived, we were told that the room had been booked out...

The Trade Union hotel is a very nice hotel for Southeastern Asian countries. BUT if you are expecting a "western" (US or EU) hotel then my actual recommendation would be equivalent to just 2 stars (NOT 4). The trade union hotel is definitely a little old and dingy looking but the staff were very nice and the room was clean...

My husband chose this hotel because of its location which was out of the old quarters. He needed a quiet place to do some studying. It looks like a place catered for the local people. Breakfast isnt good, not much varieties. The coffee pot was so hot that no one could lift it. Service was..BAD. Room service rang the bell...

I'm at the Trade Union hotel in Hanoi right now for two nights as part of my VietTravel tour. The room is large and very clean and so far everything is fine, so I'm confused by the other bad reviews. Not sure how much English is spoken here so that might be a consideration if you want to find trusted...
