The hotel is located in the old quarter, right by Hoan Kiem Lake and the Night Market. The rooms are nice and clean, and the hotel restaurant has varied and OK food. Also there are a lot of restaurants in the area that offers great alternatives for a very good price! Nice staff who all speak good english, and the...

The hotels location is fantastic. It's very close to the action but tucked away down a quiet street and it is possible to get your head down for a quiet afternoon sleep. In the newer wing of the hotel the rooms are more like a 4 star than a 3 star standard. The older wing of the hotel is perfectly...

After booking out of a most unsatisfactory hotel close by we found this a relaxing place to stay. The staff were very friendly and could not have been more helpful. There are 2 hotels and breakfast is served in the cafe across the road. It had a wide variety of foods to suit every taste and has great dinners as...

We had two nights with Artisan Boutique hotel in a stopover in Hanoi, suited us perfectly. Nice quiet, comfortable and well equipped rooms, great breakfast in the mornings and the teenage kids enjoyed the movie channels on the TV while we reacquainted ourselves with Hanoi's old quarter. We did a food on foot tour which the hotel helped out with...

Arrived Christmas Eve, city very busy and roads around the hotel blocked off for festivities, so taxi had to drop us off at sister hotel nearby. Lovely bellboy Lam ran to fetch us, dragged our suitcases through the busy streets to the hotel - was exciting. Hotel so close to lake but not on main road so ideal. Breakfasts across...

Excellent location, superb breakfast and excellent staff. The rooms are clean and very nice. The staff helped with money exchanges, aquiring baggage from the airlines, directions within the city. This is my favorite hotel in Hanoi. I have traveled to Hanoi for four years and it is my first choice among the hotels in the city. I highly endorse the...

Good location as it is right within the old quarter area. Staffs were very helpful and friendly when we needed help with our luggages deposit and laundry as we had a Sapa trip booked for a few days before coming back to Hanoi again. Room is little worn out though...

This was my third stay at this great hotel and had another fantastic experience....The location is second-to-none, a quiet, tree-lined side street within one block of Hoan Kiem Lake. The room was, again, super comfortable and quiet and reasonably priced, and the staff (which has remained in place since my first visit two years ago) is fabulous.

We booked this hotel as a little 'luxury' before we went home from Vietnam and unfortunately had a poor experience. The room was okay, the hotel looks pretty worn but the bathroom was nice. Breakfast is in the cafe over the road and was very basic. Most of the food had gone by the time we got there (at 8am)...
