The hotel was in a great location and the rooms were a good size. I was very happy with my stay here. The staff were all very friendly and made us welcome. The breakfast was very delicious - well done to the chef! He is very good!

The best thing that we liked about our hotel was it's location - prominent places at walkable distance from the hotel. The Hotel is 25Km or 40-60 mins distance from the International Airport. We got a taxi for 15 USD to Hotel and it was very easy to locate using Google Maps. A word of caution before boarding the taxi...

We were pretty happy with our stay here for multiple reasons and those being - 1. Location location location - in the heart of the old quarter. Extremely convenient to get to and then to get to the tourist area around. There are lots of great bars and places to eat around. The location of the hotel is worth a...

This hotel is well situated for the Old Quarter, so it's going to be noisy. Any hotel in the Quarter will be subjected to constant traffic noise, horn beeping, and the traffic of life. Accept it or stay further out or at skyscraper level. This hotel has great and friendly staff, who will attend to your travel and tour needs...

I booked a deluxe room but finally the hotel arranged me to stay in a family room which was so spacious for only me. The toilet was so dirty at that time and I bet I had not been cleaned for a long time or no guess to stay. Breakfast was rather humble, but it's acceptable. Another minus point is...

My family of 5 just came back from our 4 days 3 nights stay in Hanoi in which 2 nights we were staying in this hotel. We were greeted by the receptionist and a young man (whom we had forgotten to ask his name) who helped us with the luggage when we arrived. We booked a family room - it...

We were booked for 1 night and were so impressed we cancelled our other bookings in Hanoi and booked back intonthe Old Quarter. When our taxi pulled up we were greeted by a door man and they checked us in within minutes. When we were escorted to our room it was like a Marriott. King bed private bath and balcony....

Small but nice hotel. Our room is well decorated. The staff and receptionist are very friendly. They always smiled whenever we asked them for anything. Perfect location. Our visit was easier while staying here. We don't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

I would recommend Hanoi Old Quarter Hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the Old Quarter and it was only a few meters away from the Handspan company that we did a Halong Bay Cruise with. The staff were friendly and helpful; our room was clean and spacious with a fantastic shower and there was a great breakfast selection. I...

This is a small hotel. We had rooms to the back and it was surprisingly quiet given the amount of traffic circulating in the streets outside. Our rooms were large with enormous bathrooms. It is just on the edge of the Old Quarter which means that you are just outside the mayhem. We booked a day tour late through the...
