Vinpearl HL stays on a small island, not too far from city, connected by the water shuttle offered by the hotel in every 20mins & only take less than 5 minutes to reach the mainland. In every room of the hotel, you will wake up with a very spectacular view - sunrise on the wide sea. The staff are so friendly, polite & professional. We stayed there on Nov 12-13/2020 for our Sales Meeting in the North, up to more than 200 pax, so the logistic was huge. Yet, the staff showed no sign of tiredness but always-on-smiles. Most impressive was the waitress named Mac Thi Dieu Quynh, at F&B service. For example, during breakfast session, all of us crowded the restaurant & the staff was overloaded, yet she was willing to support beyond her area-in-charge as i thought it was not her area of duty on that day, to bring best experience to the guests. Vinpearl has an awesome view to see the gorgeous sunset in Halong Bay. The staffs are polite, professionalism, and enthusiams, espically Ms. Hoang Minh Phuong - Receptionist.
