I just stayed 2 nights at Royal Lotus.
You can walk to Nhà Hang Việt Nam(Vietnamese restaurant) or take a taxi to Hong Hanh restaurants.
Also I like Hana Hana(Japanese restaurant at Royal Lotus Hotel.
