The room was nice! Clean and comfortable(with beautiful views outside the balcony). The price is good! But the service is very average and there are very few types of food. If there is no preferential price, it may not attract me to return.

I's a very good property with 2 wings. Both are equally good. We had dinner at their restaurant on both days. Service was good too. On arrival they served us a cinnamon tea which was yum. They made vegetarian dishes for us on request.

Stayed at the Wyndham in Halong City for one night during our tour of Vietnam and it is everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Rooms are spacious and very well appointed, with comfortable beds and good showers. Food was good. Excellent service from all staff. Wonderful views of the bay and bridge, especially at night when everything is lit up. Happy to recommend.
