One of the best hotel in Dalat, although it is a bit far from the city center. The entire hotel is superb forest and valley view. All services in the hotel are great, you can swim in the warm water pool. The employees here are very friendly and have a great breakfast, providing a variety of options, which is also delicious. If you really need to rest, come here!

Within 10minutes drive from city centre is this place--calm, quiet and peaceful. Located on the edge of valley, one can feel the nature at its closest here. Rooms are provided with heaters to stay warm in the cold weather of Dalat.Staff is very friendly and helpful. I must say Breakfast is amazing with lots of variety from Vietnamese food to asian to European.

We had a wonderful experience at this lovely hotel and in Dalat. We stayed in the family bungalow, it's surrounded by trees and flowers, overlooking the valley. The room is clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful, Jin (front desk staff) in particular was very knowledgeable, thank you for making our stay in Dalat so enjoyable!

The hotel is in a wonderful location with some great facilities especially the pool. Unfortunately there were a number of factors which will not stop us from returning but prevent a higher score. We found many of the staff friendly and hospitable especially the morning porter and afternoon Receptionist. However, the service in the restaurant was disorganised and did not reflect the high quality food and presentation. We had a standard family room in the main building and would not book or recommend this room to others with young children. We were located on the ground floor and were disturbed every night by guests above and around us. The room also had very little natural light and was severely dated in decor and furnishings. The views, breakfast provision and location plus price would definitely encourage us to book again but we would look to book one of the lovely bungalows in the gardens.

The room was dirty when we checked in (there is pubic hair in the bathtub) , the bathroom door is almost fallen apart. The room is overall old. There is no view for our bungalow room (we pay high-end price compared to other rooms). The worst part is there is no AC in the room. There are standing fan and ceiling fan but my husband can’t sleep with fan blowing to his face …. The buffet was ok. The staff and service was ok. Nothing to complain about them. The location is not too far from the center. But we would not come back here.

The views are awesome, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was good. The service we experienced on our first day was good, then it seemed like they were annoyed with us and refused room service during lunch time. We were in a bungalow pretty far down the hill so it felt like they chose to neglect us simply based on laziness. They advertise a “gym” which includes a treadmill a medicine ball and a broken weight machine along with several boxes filled with refrigerators clearly being stored there. They also advertise a spa/massage service we were looking forward to utilizing, which (only after arriving) we were told was not available. The internet was also frustrating. Consistently poor connection. Also the power went out multiple times during our three night stay. Overall I stand behind my 3/5 star review. The 3 star hotel rating is accurate. You get what you pay for

Quiet space, beautiful campus, plenty of trees and a warm swimming pool. From the balcony, we can see clouds floating in the opposite hills, very romantic. Great breakfast, chef changes the good food every day. The staffs are extremely enthusiastic, especially the bellman. The housekeeper set up our room with flowers and softy bed. They all made our trip is more fantastic. This is the first choice when we back to Da Lat.

Shuttle is only for transportation in Zen valley. For going to town, you will have to take taxi. Receptionist helps for calling taxi..I hope this answers your query
Yes to the customized tour. Talk to the concierge who will gladly help. The cost will depend on your tour requirements. For a day tour, it should cost a lot less than Internet prices. I have not stayed in nin-bungalow rooms, so I can't comment on them. Bungalow rates are about SG $50 only and the view is nice.
