Very clean and spacious room. We had an interior room for 350 dong a night for three nights. Even though it had no outside light it was very bright. It's a great location and they bring your motorbikes in at night. There's also a lift! The staff are really nice and your room gets cleaned daily. Like most hotels in... More

This hotel was very clean, we had a room at the front with a balcony over looking Dalat. The bathroom was roomy and staff very friendly. The hotel is very close to restaurants and the local night market. The only negative thing I could say is that the beds are very hard, after 3 nights we were getting used to... More

In may 2016 I've made a valid booking via booking.com for a two nights stay mid July. The valid booking confirmation clearly stated that no deposit payment was needed upfront. A few days (!!) before our Vietnam trip started, I got an e-mail from the Hotel, informing me, that the booking has been cancelled because I didn't pay the deposit.... More

I and my family stayed here for 4 days three nights last weekends for our summer vacation . Unluckily it rained intermittently during those four days . The room is ok , no air conditioner , for sure, cause it is cool in Da Lat. The staff was quite helpful I found no problem with them. The location is quite... More

Been 12 months since I stayed at this place but Duc the owner is terrific, speaks about 6 languages, knows everything going on in Darlat and is always willing to help. Ask for a balcony room at the front great views. For about $16 a night the rooms are great value, en suite and 2 queen beds. No air con... More

We came to the honeymoon capital of Vietnam during the highest possible point in the tourist season - Tet - so it was packed. Thankfully we found room here at Europa. More expensive than other options, but worth it in our books. It started from the moment we arrived, with such a lovely welcome from the trilingual French and English-speaking... More

Surprised to read that this institution has been close... it needs to be checked ! A friendly owner who fluently speak French and English. We had a spacious and clean room. Wifi, internet on the ground floor, TV. Everything is there. The hotel is also located close to the city center and market. A restful stopover ...

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in September 2013 in one of the cheaper double rooms with windows facing into the centre of the building. We came here principally for the pleasant helpful staff and budget pricing as recommended by the Lonely Planet and that recommendation does hold true, with one small exception that I will explain later.... We stayed for 2 nights in August 2013. We had a lovely time - the owners were incredibly helpful and welcoming. When we booked they even promised to point out the good cheap eats - which they did. The room was massive (triple room had 3 double beds) although not 5* and the bathrooms could do with a revamp but... More
