It was amazing experience for our family ever! perfect view, perfect service and perfect people. I specially want to say thank you for food manager who help me to manage my father's special birthday party. he got a great manner and gave me the best service for my family. I obviously worried about the distance with city center, but i should not have to. I could feel relaxed when I finish my schedule in center and back to the resort which got a excellent nature and view. I like the scenary and the quiet atomosphere. There are lots of activities to enjoy. I got vietnam massage and it was very good. The staff is really kind and they give me lots of help for me. Also breakfast is delicious.

On June 29th, we had a reservation that we booked using our credit card points. We drove 45 min to the hotel and were almost to the hotel when the road was blocked by mudslide and trees. We called the hotel and they spoke very little English, so they talked to our taxi driver. Basically, the road was closed and the hotel was inaccessible. Mind you, they never even called us beforehand to warn us of the road closing. We went back to our previous hotel and they called Edensee, which Edensee said that the road should be cleared at 2:00 PM--conveniently the time of check-in. I waited 2 hours and checked in again at 2 and they said it was still closed but they did not know when it was going to open. I was not going to wait around all day to wait until the road opened, especially since I only booked for one night and I already wasted time and money go there and back. They also would not cancel our booking for a refund and said we have to call our bank to cancel the booking. We called our bank who canceled it on their end, but needed the hotel to cancel it on their end to refund us. Ultimately, the hotel decided that since the policy said it was non-refundable that they will not grant us the refund despite not having an accessible hotel. TLDR: HOTEL NEVER CALLED US THAT THE ROAD WAS CLOSED AND REFUSED TO REFUND US AFTER. They also speak very little English despite being a 5 star hotel.…

We stayed here 19th June by far the most picturesque location Chef David is very sweet and the Veiw you get of the peacock the deer the lake is outstanding the weather is beautiful and the place is huge must visit

This place is not a 5 star hotel. Everything is broken or needs to be fixed. I would look for a hotel closer to the city. Once your out here your stuck and the staff is no help to help find you a ride.

Edensee make amazing to me and my husband. Strongly recommend this resort for those who love nature, tranquility, and some private intimacy. Looking out, those gorgeous peacocks are wandering around the resort which my kids could not leave their eyes.

It’s so a great place, which having the restful and beautiful decoration. Enjoying the fresh air, comfortable and peaceful. Eventhough the food is quite so so, but the intercontinetal breakfast buffet is recommened.

I had to wait about 1 hour to check in my suite. I’m a tourist, the travel company had arranged suite before. I didn’t know why. I was exhausted at that moment so I was red hot. Although the resort have a great view and food. The suite very good
