I dont understand the bad reviews! This hotel was beautiful... Old and charming and very clean. The staff were very welcoming and a couple of them spoke great english. $70 aussie (breakfast included) for one night in a deluxe room,it was huge inside with a massive massive comfy king bed with bath!!! The buffet breakfast was huge with lots of variety....

Although there was nothing spectacularly bad about this hotel, nor was there anything good. There was a real sense that the place was being left to quietly die - the restaurant was nearly empty for breakfast, the bars never opened as far as we could tell, and this was the only place we visited in Vietnam where the staff could...

On the plus side its large and so are the rooms, Also the rooms are clean and the shower was very good, On the minus side breakfast was lame with no cheese or cold cuts and looked to be catering more towards local food.

We spent 2 nights here as part of a Vietnam tour. The hotel building itself is fine. We stayed in a deluxe room which had a huge double bed, modern furnishings and neutral decor - all ok. However the poor design of the bath and shower over the bath meant that a simple shower resulted in the bathroom flooding and needing...

Stayed here for two nights on Vietnam tour . First impressions were of a huge hotel that was oppulent . Apparently used to be used by Government officials. Room was OK , but hotel appeared unloved. The restaurant had no atmosphere and was uninviting . On arrival I ordered a tuna baguette , it only had a hint of tuna...

I've been there 5 years ago. I saw that their services are fines. They have the pool (hot water) for customers but they said that 6am the pool would have hot water and at 8am then I went for swimming the water still cold! One more, i dont like the waiters in buffet party. They see

Maybe it was because of approaching TET celebrations but the hotel was almost empty. It is an impressive looking building with a huge reception foyer but little or no atmosphere. Service, including check in & check out, was fine. Our room, a junior suite, was very large and took a third bed easily. Good views of Da Lat from our...

Hotel is an interesting mix- opulent foyer. Rooms are ok- a little dated in parts but very spacious. There's a small fridge, coffee/ tea making, enormous bed, very clean room. Breakfast was very good- we didn't use the restaurant .However, every time my husband and I had a shower- we flooded the room. It was a relatively short walk into...

Stayed here with my 24 year old daughter for three nights in November 2015. Booked an Executive Suite which was on the 7th floor (their highest) and it not only offered good views over the city, but it had a separate bedroom and large living room, as well as a spacious bathroom (with both a bath and a shower) a...

Stayed here one night. Staff helpful; easily changed our room when we complained that fridge did not work & about noise from restaurant above us. Tip: check level 5 rooms for noise (foot steps & chairs scrapping on timbre floor). Good location.
