Place is decent. In suites they have the separation between the room and living area, which is really helpful and spacious. Finishing and decor of renaissance adds to the joyful holiday mood.
The kitchenette and dishes are additions that you can always consider to be of advantage. Swimming pool maintained well.
The furnishings and the place though could be maintained better and needs renovation at quite some places, breakfast was decent and modest too.
The area where the hotel is located isn’t very great, something you are unable to figure out online easily or through the agents helping you on options, who just show you the positive aspects. And so I belive what they have and its helpful though - complimentary drop service within reasonable distance of ~ 2 kms.
Mind you, all the hotels take refundable compulsory cash deposit. All other hotels agreed on my offering on USD, but here though they insist and accept only Thai Bahts.
Our stay was nice, happy and a smooth 1. I will still recommend.

This has been one of my favorite hotels in Pattaya. But the cleaning is now under all criticism. You will find used facemask forgotten, the shower area has not been cleaned since the last guest. They forget to refill with towels and toilet paper. Some things are also broken in the hotel room. TV sets are missing, cabinet doors in the kitchen are loose. But they offer me to change room due to the air-condition. But in the other room that was okay but other things missing. This hotel has a big plus that you can make your own food in the rooms. I Understand that it has been a very difficult time during the Corona pandemic, but now that guests are starting to return and they need to improve. Sorry for my opinion but right now is the truth. but hope soon better again. Right now the restaurant only served breakfast, not lunch or dinner. If you like spacious rooms for a good price, this is the hotel! I have stayed in all the different rooms the offer. Last time I stay in Grande suite who have to seperate bedrooms, livingroom, dining room and 3 toilets and I also stayed in the one room bedrooms. All rooms are bigger then must in the area. For easy transport let the reception order taxi or use Grab app or motorbike taxi outside at 7 eleven.

Pattaya has many options for accommodation, it really depends on what you are looking for. My requirements was
1. decent size room, over 350 square feet
2. Out of the hussle and bussle, but within walking distance
3. Around under $A70 per night, preferably with breakfast.
This ticked all my boxes. This hotel is not for everyone, the hotel is very old style; would have been magnificent in its day. The rooms are huge and the toilets/shower area is brilliant. The furniture is very old style, not in bad state of repairs, just old fashion. I liked the hotel, my wife did not have the same opinion. By the end, she changed her mind. Pool OK, but needs repairs. I had friends staying a short distance away paying nearly twice the amount and room size very small. Breky average but adequate buffet. Some will not like this others will think it good enough. Leave it up to your own opinion.

There is nothing I can say about this place that was good well maybe apart the pool
Since we tried to check in we had issues. Lady at front desk tried to make us pay 2,000Baht deposit for damages on top of room charge.
We booked family suite. Had 1 room with double bed and en-suite. Second room if you can even call that it was a box room with a sliding doors and no window 2 beds, a broken wardrobe and chest of drawers and second toilet had no shower 🚿

Our first night and one of the air con units wasn’t working in master bedroom as remote control was missing for that unit
After calling front desk. Young man came to the room with batteries thinking that was an issue even though that wasn’t an issue after returning for the second time with a correct air con remote then batteries weren’t working so he had to go and get new batteries to come back for 3rd time.
All this took maybe 20 min max but it was already after 10 pm. Props to him for trying
Next day we came downstairs to have a breakfast. Which was served from 7.30-10.00 am. We came down just around 9am and tbh there wasn’t much left. Chef offered to make some scrambled eggs and we could have some sausages and some toast with some fruits on the side and not so great coffee. If you can try to look for different place

Four Seasons Place is not a hotel that I would recommend unless you really need all of the room that is provided by this property. The pictures aren't quite what the property looks like. It is much dirtier and more grimy in person. The particular room that we used had two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a living room area. I tried to use as little of the space possible as everything just felt dirty. The linens on my bed had some red stains on it and I ended up not using the comforter. The one positive is that the staff was quite helpful in organizing transportation and they respond to their Facebook messages.

I was staying at the four Seasons Place hotel a second time from the 12th until the 18th of February. The requested deposit was THB 2000 for which I received a PAYMENT GUARANTEE FORM.
I had to depart the hotel early on the 18th of Feb.at 7 Am. That time no one was at the Hotel counter. Since I was in a hurry in order not to miss my flight I deposited the room key at the counter. In a mail which I send later I requested to transfer the deposit of 2000THB to my account. Needless to mention that I did not receive any reply. Even the many mails later send were not answered.
Yes, this is a beautiful hotel but sadly the reputation has taken a large dent.
Finally, I
still have some hope to receive eventually my refund

I stayed in hotel on 26th jan to 30th Jan.
I booked junior suite and room is good and spacious with all amenities including kitchen ..two washrooms and specially balcony area for smokers.

Food:: Breakfast for Indians have very less options..they should add proper Indian breakfast..so for me breakfast not remarkable for Indians.

Chef is very good in nature and having smile every time on face.Really appreciable.

I ordered pizza in the evening which is not good .

Reception:: all staff is co operative.

Pool :: very good but deep for small kids.

I would avoid staying at this hotel at ALL costs!!!! GIVE IT A MISS !!

The customer service is awful!

I booked this hotel through the hotels own website back in October 2015. I received an email confirming my booking and giving all the details of the length of my stay and the room rate as you would normally expect from any online booking. On arriving at the hotel in December 2015 they claimed now that my booking was incomplete and they had sent me a second email (which I never received) telling me this. I argued with them as to why would they would possibly do that when they had already sent me an email booking confirmation . Their reply was that the email I received was an automated reply from the booking system, which is exactly what you would expect to receive after booking via an online booking service.

So here we are after travelling for 18 hours at our hotel to be told that if we wished to stay they have our room available but now we would have to pay 95,000 baht (approx. £1900) instead of my confirmed booking rate of 36,000 baht (approx. £680) for our month long booking.

I asked to see the manager only to be told that the manager was not available and that they had spoken to the manager and he had told them that what they are telling me is the managers decision and there was no further discussion to be had. We stood there for over an hour arguing that we could not be asked to pay 3 times the rate we had booked at in order to now have them honour our booking but the receptionist was most unhelpful and was offering probably some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life anywhere!

At this point I then decided that obviously this hotel was not going to honour a booking confirmation that I had in black and white in my hand without us paying an extortionate price increase.

As we had nowhere to stay and it was now nearly 8pm in the evening and 20 hours from when we had set off from home in the UK I would try to cut my loses and negotiate staying at the hotel for 2 nights at the agreed rate (1,180.49 baht approx.£22) per night we had confirmed so that we could then at least have time to try to book somewhere else for our months stay. Again the very less than helpful receptionist told us that we would have to pay the full room rate of approx.£90 (4500 baht). After trying to get at least a minuscule of compassion from them as this is clearly their mistake to rectify and not mine it become clear that they were not going to budge one iota on the whole thing.

At this point my wifes friend arrived who also tried to reason with the receptionist as she owns a hotel in Pattaya explaining to her that they could not send out confirmations of booking and then not honour the bookings on arrival at the hotel. Again the customer service was just non existent!

Fortunately she had a cousin who was a manager for the LK group of hotels in Pattaya and she called her to luckily find us a room at the LK Legend. We had stayed at several of the groups hotels before and they had always been of a very high standard and certainly with a level of customer service 20 times higher than we were receiving here so we jumped at the offer of a reservation there for the month.

God forbid if we were first time visitors to the city arriving after an extremely lengthy travel to be told we could not stay unless we paid 3 times the agreed rate and left in the lurch with no accommodation.

My wife is now off today to report the hotel to the Thai police for this breech of contract in our booking so that hopefully this will never happen to any of you fellow travellers should you be unfortunate enough to be booked into this customer service hell hole.

I have added the full booking confirmation for you to all witness in the photos section. I think you will all agree it looks like a pretty clear cut case of the hotel not honouring its own bookings through their own website!

I stay at the Four Seasons Place frequently and every time I do so I have excellent experiences with service and comfort of accommodations. For me it is important to get to good night sleep and here the bed is just perfect! I usually select either a Junior Suite or a Four Seasons Suite, both a large suites with about 60 and 90 sqm respectively. If I travel solo I choose the Junior Suite and the value for money is exceptional. I paid 1700.- baht for the Junior suite including breakfast during my recent stay. The hotel has all the facilities and amenities I need such as pool, fitness, spa and a good poolside Restaurant. I often use their room service and I can highly recommend the club sandwich which is the best I have eaten in any hotel. Looking forward to my next stay!

To the best of my knowledge they do not serve Indian veg food as such but you can ask Arun at their restaurant and he can help you with some choices which can taste close to Indian Style
