After so many years I am every time happy to return to the Royal Twins Palace Hotel! Rooms look a bit outdated, but they are spacey, have magnificent views and the bathroom shower always gives real hot water. Staff is very friendly, especially guards and bell room boys! Price and service make a very, very high price to value ratio,...

Very Rude, negative attitude and impatient front desk staff- really does not reflect the warm smile Thais are so proud of. i have never seen such a behavior from a tourist service provider, anywhere - would definitely not come back.

This is an average hotel with very very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is located in the center of Pattaya with plenty of pubs in walking distance. Having said that, there was no noise from the surrounding area (unless you leave your balcony door open). The rooms are large and clean (just an average room, nothing special). There was...

Now this place is interesting. It reminds me of a hotel you see in movies of old. Its hidden away but as you draw near the entrance is huge and the lobby reminds you of the old years of 'occupation'. Its high ceilings, comfy lounges and roomy feel make you feel welcome immediately. The security staff and adorably warm and...

Overall so so. One thing I want to pinch like, hotel employees dont know english well. They spoked lots of wrong english. In fact this is a common problem in Thailand. But the hotel is very neat and clean, decent.
