We stayed in an ocean view room for seven nights in January. We booked this style of room as it is slightly larger than the pool side rooms. I spent two nights at this resort and it was a great time that I have gotten warm greeting and welcome from all of staff that they are very friendly and kindness. The staff especially, a tall manager who wear a black shirt is very helpful and go out his way to ensure your stay is a comfortable and enjoyable...

Super staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet is to die for( a very wide variety of choices to start the day off right), close to all kinds of action, pool is great for kids and adults.

They don't know how to follow instructions. We had asked and had been confirmed 2 king size bedrooms. But when we arrive we are informed only 1 king size bedroom is available. Next day in the morning while having breakfast they inform us that the room is ready. We delay our plans and pack to shift only to be told...

This hotel is worth all its 5 stars, people who rate this hotel down because ofvthe smell of the street smell, get off your high horse and remove that golden spoon from your rear, its a developing country and the fact this hotel is very modern and has one of the best services i have ever gotten in any hotel...

Pros: Introduction drink while checking in, location to Bali Hai Pier, Breakfast Cons: Better trained staff, renovate rooms, do something about the sewer river The hotel should be 3.5 or 4 star at the most. The Siam Bayshore is a very nice and very clean Hotel. Only 3 Minute walk and you are directly at the Walking Street. The Rooms are very clean and big enough. The Bathroom is not really modern and looks very oldschool in green :-( + Breakfast: Very good choices of food. I guess everybody can find something. Also the room...

terrible hotel! not a 5 star. overpriced and terrible cold food that turns up late and when i said food was cold staff snatched plate out of my hand with no apologies. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. to top it off when we tried cjecking out they told us card was declined 3times then when they use different card machine it...

Amazing location if you are in Pattaya... right on walking street... jomtien or Cody beach is not far away.... got a nice sea food restaurant... breakfast spread is decent... nice pool... rooms have a private balcony.... like most hotels in Pattaya, this hotel is not a joiner free hotel...
