We (my son and me) had two family deluxe rooms in higher floor, with absolut stunning views of the sea and Koh Larn. Cosy Beach hotel is just near "The Sky gallery" restaurant with great places over the sea and "The chocolate factory restaurant".
The breakfast is acceptable, but the so called gym is absolutely unreasonable, terrible ! No working bike, no machines....their gym is only a name, maybe because they can advertise with it, The pool is ok. Cosy beach is a little outside Pattaya City, if you want to go to Pattaya you'll have to take a taxi.

Fantastic !!
The view of the pool and the sea from the room makes the stay worth the price. Beautiful place with eateries dotted around the place. Picture Perfect. Surreal in the evenings ! Nice decor and a perfect place to destress ! The staff is well trained and courteous, particularly the people working in restaurants. The breakfast is real good with a lot of variation.
The food in the restaurants are also tasty. The only limitation is that they do not have wifi connectivity from room which makes life a little difficult in the modern times !! Overall, we enjoyed stating at this property and should we return to Pattaya, this would be our default choice.
The rooms would need a bit of renovation , that’s why I reserved one star !

We came across this family-run hotel as we ate at The Sky Gallery (which happens to be owned by the relatives). Cosy Beach has given us everything we need - a spacious room with a bathtub and the sea view, a great vibe which we feel at ease and rest our mind, a good restaurant which supply great foods so we don't have to go out (well, except we walk to the Sky Gallery which is next-door just for a change) ; plus I got a wonderful massage here. Basically, Cosy beach hotel is the answer to our call. We enjoy almost all day at the hotel pool overlooking the calm sea and we don't even bother to go out at all.

We paid 55 pounds per night for a ocean view room and to be honest it was probably worth about 25 pounds per night. When we arrived we were told by reception that we had been given a free upgrade so I was looking forward to seeing the room
Unfortunately the upgrade was just a single bed had been put in the room, the room wasn't very clean in my opinion .The tv must have been about 25 years old and only had 1 English channel which was BBC world news. The wifi didn't work unless you went down to reception.
I only had breakfast on the first day as everything was cold, and cold fried eggs and cold sausages don't work for me and I think it gave me a bad stomach . On the plus side of the hotel the views from the room were fantastic and the pool is nice
I don't think i would stay here again unless they spent some money on it and they're not difficult thing's to put right

Staff speaks little to no English at all, so communication is really hard, even to just ask for a cab.
Dinner service ends at 8:30, which is really stupid when you host a lot of people who are jet lagged.
Breakfast is not the best either, only artificial juices, 2 kinds of fruit.
The cleanliness of the hallways are questionable.
They sent a bottle of Heineken to my room that is from 20 months ago, it tasted horrible.
No ar conditioning on the lobby 🤯
Bottom line: don’t go.

Consistently appalling service. The staff are outright rude. We are half way through our stay and are probably going to book a hotel elsewhere and write it off.

the straw that broke the camel's back was our simple request for a bowl so our small kids could eat their dinner. At first we were told that the kitchen was locked and we would need to dial '3'. When we dialled, we were given no straight answer the staff hung up on us. When I then went to reception, our third time of asking, we were told they wouldn't give us one for food brought in from outside.

The wifi doesn't work. The staff are entirely feckless. And there's no hot water.

There are so many other hotels in Pattaya at this price point. I strongly advise you book one of them and enjoy your holiday.

fourth time in this hotel. Terrible service, nothing like before. Employees can't solve any problem. I chose the best room with a sea view, but they settled me with a view of the roof of the neighboring building. I flew in specially for my birthday, but the staff did not want to change the number, they asked me to come back after 5 days, but they did not change anything. sockets and kettle do not work in the room, the floors are not washed. I was in this hotel in 2010, 2013, 2015. now you don’t have to go here anymore, they also dug in the second pool 😂😂😂 now there is only one pool.

Having previously stayed at this hotel before and really enjoyed it thought I would try it again.BIG MISTAKE. Totally taken over by loud mouthed Russians, including surrounding area. Who only dress in swimwear, regardless whether in hotel or, outside with the "must have" large bottles of beer.Don't expect to sleep until after 3am- that when they get back to their rooms. So noisey. The hotel is in desperate need of modernisation throuhout. Rooms/bathrooms so out dated.
Majority of staff have a "can't be bothered attitude, especially the Reception.
Breakfast is no way classed as "Amercian". Nothing is freshly cooked nor will they that do it.
Certainly give this hotel a miss- ony , of course, if you want to stay in "Russia"

I have stayed at this hotel 5 times-a month each time in the last two years. It gives excellent value for money and the service is all that you would require.
It is well situated and with the top rooms you have an excellent balcony with a sea-view with the island of Koh Larn in the distance.
The meals are varied and excellent value.
The two pools the pleasant gardens and the private beach will satisfy the majority of people.
I will be going again soon. That is the proof I like it.
BUT go between November to April for the continual hot weather and wonderful conditions that make you eat the cheap tropical fruit by the ton.!!

We have stayed at the Cosy twice and have booked for a third time. Each year our group of travellers grows larger there will be 30 of us on the next trip. We are a mixed group of adults and children and the Cosy is great for both, with easy access into Pattaya and a couple of good little cafes nearby serving English Food. Unfortunately most of the holiday brochures do not do the Cosy much justice. The hotel is spacious and very clean the staff are friendly and attentive and the restaurant serves a large range of food at a reasonable price. We can't wait to go back and introduce our friends to the lovely Cosy Beach.
