We have a single night at the hotel that was very nice, relaxing, seemed clean and comfortable.
There are 2 swimming pools. As. There were neat and clean. While we were there, there weren't very many people.
The only thing that annoyed me a bit was the sink in the bathroom. And then too far back, the water has run out all the time Behind the sink you always saw wet.
It is a hotel where we can see ourselves coming again in the future

Hotel designed is beautiful. The room is clean. Staff have good service mind. the pool isn't large but there are 2 pools, it's ok. Breakfast is good. This place is quite peaceful, not crowded.
Deduct 1 point for extra person charge is too expensive. Eventhough the room can stay 3 person comfortably (1queen size and small size) , but they charge 1,400 baht!!! just for breakfast???

This is our second stay at Way Hotel, which is really a find for us. The room we had was large with a beautiful seaview, which is one of the things we enjoy vwhen visiting Pattaya. We didn't mind so much that it didn't have a beach. We had a thoroughly relaxing time anyway, and had a chance to catch up on our online reading with the good wifi connectivity. We really liked the beds too which were comfortable and well made for sleeping. The room was well equipped and the attention paid to detail here and the hotel overall is noteworthy. We definitely expect to be back again. We also like the quiet and enjoyed the breakfast here, as it enough choices between Asian and Western. The restaurant was well designed and you can enjoy the seaviews and the general spaciousness of the place. Just minor feedback, which we hope will be useful; it would be good if the bathroom in the guest room had some hooks for clothing. Everything else was wonderful.

Stayed at this 8-month-or-so hotel with my family on a quick weekend in Pattaya. The hotel is in one of the areas of Pattaya that is not frequented by tourists, and it has views of local villages and the oil processing plant across the bay. No grand water views here. The area has this hotel and it's sister hotel, the Zign (which is such a huge complex and might actually good for large, mass company outings and trainings) as well as other properties that look like they are owned by he same owner (which turns out to be true).

The hotel feels funky and has that hip-urban-artsy vibe. It thus feels out of place in that area of Pattaya (it feels like it was designed for Sukhumvit), but maybe the hotel was aiming for a class or category all its own. I give it an A for effort.

In some ways, the hotel succeeds. Great pool with bright tiles. Good wading pool for kids, although I think it would get crowded if the hotel had many guests. Since it gets heated up by the morning sun, the water stays warm the entire day. You can jump into the water, knowing it's not chilly water.

Other good stuff:
- The gym was new and smelled like it. Very strong rubbery smell typical of a newly set up gym. Give it a few months to air and the gym would be something like it was a Westin gym. No expense spared there.
- Also, great meeting rooms from what I saw.
- Free wifi, although I've always wondered why hotels still need to give you pieces of paper with passwords on them. Wifi should come automatic already, at this day and age.

Several bad things though.
- We stayed at one of the two-bedroom suites which was a letdown. The center rug/carpet was shedding threads upon threads in a big way, we asked for it be removed. The bath tub did not drain well, and if you used the rain shower you'd be spilling water into the sink area. I thought the bathroom could have done with a glass door to divide the shower and sink area, and looked like it was designed that way. Only that somebody forgot to install the door.
- The design was good but the quality of finishings looked cheap and hurried. We felt like they could have decided to not build a floor or two, saved the money and instead spent on better quality materials and finishings.
- Basement parking was dark and dusty.
- Breakfast was decent, but not the best. Really bad coffee. Thought good coffee came along with a hip-young-urban place like this. Not quite!
- Service staff were obviously not well trained. They need a bit more months to be up to standard.
- Pillows were too hard!

I'd have second thoughts staying here another time. This first time was good enough (promotional price, I think, which makes me wonder if I complain too much) for me, unless I hear that this hotel has markedly improved. I'd want to be impressed the next time.

Lovely hotel situated in the quieter part of Pattaya. I was staying here for a special occasion and the hotel staff went beyond the call of duty to ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. A birthday cake was brought to the room upon arrival along with 4/5 singing staff members as well as the room being decorated for the occasion. The pool is a decent size and the sun loungers are double bed sun loungers, ideal! There is always enough for everyone which I thought was fantastic. Even in the bigger hotels, this is not always the case. Breakfast in the morning boasts a wide variety of food and the room service menu is also impressive. Very thankful and fortunate to have found this hotel. I hope to return soon.

Nice room with very comfy bed. the curtains were so dusty. Staff are friendly. I think the air conditioning in my room didnt work properly so i called reception to fix it (2 times). Then I got to change the room but still not cool at all. the temperature at the front was way cooler than my room.
nice pool not big but ok to hang around with friends.
Love breakfast here. Free Wifi.

We were moved to this hotel having complained about our original booked hotel where the noise made it less than a relaxing two days; we were given a free upgrade to a suite and it was superb.
The room facilities and decor was excellent and we did not hear a thing during the five days we were there.
There are two well laid out pools to choose from and we chose the lower of the two and had the entire pool to ourselves every day. I'm sure during busier times this won't be the case but there are plenty of loungers and huge circular cushioned chairs to relax on.
Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of cold and hot foods and an 'egg station' where they will cook whatever you like and en bring it to your table when ready.
On our final morning we were met by the hotel manager to see if we had enjoyed our stay, and while this may have been due to the fact we had been moved from another hotel it was still a nice touch.
Not all the staff spoke English (but that's not to be expected) but there always seemed at least one member of staff who did so any requests were quickly met during our stay.
The hotel is far away from 'the action' of Pattaya, but that's what we were looking for so in our view it was a great location; a private taxi to the main town area cost 200baht so not expensive at all or you could hail a tuk-tuk at the end of the street and pay 10-20baht each.

We would certainly think about returning to this hotel again the next time we visit Pattaya. We love the location, which is quiet, and the lovely sea view. It us not often one gets to see the wide expanse of beach at low tide. We go to Pattaya often and our preference is for quiet beachside locations and well-appointed rooms. The only little feedback We have for the hotel is that their rooms need a little sound-proofing: we could hear kids screaming from the swimming pool several floors down. Otherwise, it's thumbs up from us.
