The hotel is wonderful, very helpful staff, perfect cleanliness. Check-in went quickly, we were glad that we were checked in earlier. The room was cozy, drinking water, evening herbal tea and snacks were brought daily. At breakfast, in addition to the buffet, there are dishes from the menu (you order them using a QR code), they are the most delicious - wonderful steamed fish, noodles, different types of eggs, pancakes. There is cool champagne. There are enough sun loungers with soft mattresses near the pool. The beach is across the road, there are sun loungers at the bottom and the quietest place is there, but the cleanest is at the opposite end of the beach. We liked the location at the very beginning; the price of sunbeds includes “service” - a toilet and fresh water from a ladle).

Small, incredibly stylish, quiet and very beautiful hotel. In my opinion, more designed for holidays without children, although they will be very comfortable. The hotel itself is a single building of 5 floors. You want a beautiful view out of the window, take a sea view on the 5th floor. The hotel has one large swimming pool and a second, quite tiny for babies. In the pool there is seawater and there is a large "felting pillow" that does not sink. About nutrition: incredibly delicious and buffet and menu, sparkling wine, freshly squeezed juices, coffee, tea from breakfast drinks; a variety of options for eggs, cheese, meat, fruit and pastries. There's always variety and choice. About the room: bathrobes, spanking, beach bag, water and what is especially nice is a mini noon (campot or tea with cookies, brought to the room daily). Iron and ironing board on request, safe, fridge, music speaker-clock (we listened to music every evening). I especially want to mention the bed, just an unrealistically comfortable mattress and pillows, falling asleep instantly, sleeping like a cloud. The toilet deserves attention too, who was, who knows what I mean, you'll be pleasantly surprised. Out of the cons, an open cabinet, or rather a bar with hangers, no shelves. About the staff: all schooled, friendly and very pleasant people. Level cleaning, towels changed daily, bed too. No one shouts, everyone is quiet and polite, for them your rest is paramount! About the area: small, you will not get lost, very well-kept and green, complements the beauty of the hotel, very organically incorporated the hotel into the landscape. About the ocean: you can't swim in the ocean, or rather you won't like it. You can only swim by going to the island or in the pool. Location: 5-7 minutes by taxi to the Russian market, not recommended on foot. Nearby within walking distance are supermarkets, dipsticks, fruit shops, money changers and restaurants. Shopping malls and an outlet by taxi only, it's there penny through the Bolt app.
Departures are given a small dry ration: butter cookies and juice (very delicious)!!! I really love chamber hotels, with no wild animation, where everything is arranged in such a way as not to disturb the guest once again and to make his stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. And this hotel does the A+ task, it's amazing!!! Definitely recommended!!!

Last year's holidays were very impressive. Stay at many hospitals. I've been very impressed by the service at this location, great attention to the guests, good service from security, bellboy, housekeeping, front. The waitstaff is very helpful, smiles to the guests every day, clean bedrooms, soft beds, soft blankets are very comfortable to sleep when entering the room with fruit, and in the evenings there are cups and pastries served, but the rooms don't have enough noise to hear the door and the music of the restaurant, so if you're in trouble sleeping, there may be a problem.
We went to New Year's Eve with a dinner countdown at the school's cafe and there are activities to play with. Parents and mothers are very happy with the games, the brethren and the stones are so good and so much more fun to admire, so buy more tickets because it's fun and the song is so good to open and make the atmosphere nice.
The breakfast is delicious, the quality of the omelet is delicious, the most accurate is that the inside is not too ripe, the yogurt is delicious, the legs are delicious, the caviar is delicious, the chilled juice machine is also a very fresh fruit juice, and the main thing is sparkling wine.
If you prefer a peaceful vacation that doesn’t have to go anywhere, recommend it.It’s not a disappointment that New Year’s Eve is a great time, so there’s a chance to go back again.

All hotel employees Be hospitable Have a heart to provide excellent service. The rooms are small but well proportioned. In the room, if there is anything missing or if you need anything more, you can inform housekeeping. The service is fast and good. The breakfast has a variety of good flavors, especially the signature food of the hotel. The garden is beautiful and very delicious. The food at Kliff Beach is a little too expensive. The rest is overall good. Impressed with this stay. I'll come back again.

Every single staff member, including reception, breakfast, bell boy, house keeper, treated us with utmost respect and kindness! Everyone was delighted to adhere to our every need - so gentle and warm. We had to come back a second time - we feel so safe and welcomed here! Garn from reception is so sweet and lovely. Em helped us carry bags with such friendly attitude, and even the chef’s attitude from breakfast was bright and refreshing! Every housekeeper we encountered were well-mannered and cleaned our room with such detail. Even the security guards were extremely helpful! Everything we needed was provided without us having to ask!
One guarantee about Cross hotel is the breakfast never disappoints! From the buffet line, to a-la-carte dishes, to freshly pressed juice, everything is absolutely delicious and filling. Every evening, housekeeping comes to our room with little treats for their turn-down service as well. They really don’t hold back!
Overall, cleanliness, manners, facilities, comfort, and staff are all 10/10! Definitely recommend for future guests looking for a place to indulge in comfort and relaxation!

We stayed at Cross Pattaya Pratamnak for 2 night, for jet lag recovery, prior our windsurfing trip in Jomtien. If you are a serious swimmer looking for a quiet, low-keyed boutique hotel with a lap pool, this may be the only hotel in the Pattaya area. The hotel is located just a short distance away from the Jomtien Bus Terminal. The area is located in a quiet yet upscaled neighbourhood, one can easily spot fancy European sport cars parked on the street. The hotel features a 34m lap pool nestled in a beautifully, well manicured hotel ground. We also wholly enjoyed their a la carte breakfast (it is actually a buffet plus a la carte breakfast menu and free-flow European bubbles! The a la carte menu serves a selections of finely carved finger delicacies such as wagyu beef ragu on bun/egg en cootte. The hotel is within. walking distance to a few high end restaurants and is also just a steep stairs away from a small "secluded feel" beach. There is a designated swimming area with beach chairs for rent, also Kayaks and SUPs for rent (no windsurfs though). There are small beach huts selling drinks and massages too. The place feels safe and the sellers are friendly and gentle. This hotel a perfect place to stay for couples or family looking for a quiet, relaxing yet upscale experience. For those looking for clubs or nightlife, this is not the hotel of choice. Lastly, worth mentioning is the personal greeting from the hotel manager. This little personal touch does make the guests feel valued. Thank you, Cross Pattaya Pratamnak!

We stayed at the Cross for 3 nights. This hotel has neo-colonial architecture and design. The lobby is large and airy. You immediately feel at ease. This is due to the harmonious decoration, sofas and lamps are of a discreet, sober but very elegant style. The shapes of the objects are rounded, soft to look at.
Our room is on the fifth floor, with a 180 degree view of the sea. A pleasant little balcony overlooks the magnificent and vast swimming pool. The room is furnished in a harmonious manner, very functional, the materials are sober. The super king size bed is incredibly comfortable.
The staff is very available while being discreet and very professional. In particular, at reception, we were able to appreciate the assistance of "Boss" for his advice, his welcome and his professionalism.
The Cross Pattaya is a charming hotel with personality. We will return.

The hotel is great. We are vacationing here now with my husband, mother and two children. First of all, I would like to note the friendly, caring staff. We were upgraded to one of the rooms for free and given two rooms with a shared door, which is very convenient for a large family. Considering that almost all the rooms were booked, this was especially pleasant. The hotel itself has a beautiful, elegant design, thought out to the smallest detail. Bathrobes, slippers, cosmetic accessories. The rooms are clean, the beds are soft, everything is up to standard. Water, tea, coffee with coffee machine. In the evenings - a compliment from the hotel: organic herbal tea with chamomile and mint in beautiful decanters and various cookies. I would also like to mention the breakfasts: a wide range, including hot dishes, sliced cheeses and ham, and an a la carte menu. Everything is beautifully presented and delicious. Juices, teas, blueberry smoothies, a juicer for making your own juices from specially prepared fruits and even sparkling wine. The hotel is relatively small, there are no crowds, it’s nice that there are always free sun loungers near the pool. There is a slide for children. There is also a gym, spa, billiards and table football. It's a couple of minutes to the sea, cross a narrow, busy road and go down the stairs. Opposite the hotel is the Kliff restaurant with a beautiful view of the bay and beautiful serving of food. The hotel itself also has a restaurant; we ordered it to our room several times - it was spectacular and delicious. There are several other good restaurants within walking distance, including convenience stores, massage parlors, 7-11 and Tobs. You can also visit the nearby Chocolate Factory with a restaurant for a change. I don’t even know what to mention as minuses) Everything is really 5 stars, a decent vacation, care for the guests is felt in everything. Definitely recommend!

We stayed at this hotel for three nights during a business trip in March 2024. Our room, a standard one on the 5th floor, overlooked the pool and offered a view of the ocean from the balcony. Although the room was not large and lacked a wardrobe, it did feature an open hanger for clothes.
The hotel's location is excellent, with fantastic restaurants nearby, such as Kliff and Oxygen, serving delicious Thai and Western cuisine. Unfortunately, due to Ramadan, I couldn't try the breakfast, but my non-Muslim friends, who were staying with us, praised its quality. Thankfully, the hotel staff kindly offered to serve breakfast in our room for our pre-dawn meal at 4 am, which greatly assisted us during Ramadan fasting in Pattaya.
The pool is spacious and suitable for family holidays, while the gym, though not large, is adequate for exercise. Additionally, the hotel provides access to a beachfront. Recommended!

We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a larger elite suite. In addition to the colonial-style architecture that attracts me, the breakfast is the biggest highlight. Although the items on the bar are not diverse, the taste is quite exquisite, the ingredients are carefully selected, and the vegetables and fruits are of good quality. The slow vegetable and fruit grinder is very suitable for the current trend of focusing on health care. The a la carte menu is also carefully prepared and can be reordered. There are several online restaurants near the hotel that can be reached within walking distance, and the beach is not as crowded as Pattaya Beach. However, there are two obvious shortcomings that are the key to whether I will visit again: the water pressure in the shower and shower head in the room is quite small, and the air volume of the hair dryer is also quite weak. I thought that new hotels would not have this problem. The soundproofing of the room was very poor. Our room was close to the parking lot. The hotel provided eye masks and earplugs when turning down the room. At that moment, I thought it was strange. Did this mean that the soundproofing here was poor? It’s common to have eye masks attached, but I’ve never seen one with earplugs. Everything was revealed when I went to bed at night. The sounds of cars and people talking outside the window could be clearly transmitted to the house. Even the noise of the jokes in the room next door was quite loud. Of course, the hotel has been built. Replacing the building materials and floor-to-ceiling windows is a big project. , but if you are a relatively light sleeper, you may need to think about it a little bit.
