The rooms at this hotel are very good, spacious with great beds and good bathrooms which include a bath. The roof top pool is virtually unusable due to the large number of people taking photos and posing all over the place, you would certainly feel uncomfortable lying by the pool. The restaurant is sort of split level with a nice looking bar although the staff work around this area a lot and it wouldn't be a comfortable sit to have a cocktail. We were on a dinner included package so food was just fair. Cocktails good but pricey. Breakfast was a combination of order from menu and buffet. Reasonable choice and quality. They desperately need a better way of toasting bread in stead of the little ovens that take at least 3 minutes per person! Parking at the site is non existent so they have a system where you drop off yourselves and luggage and they take your car off somewhere else (always a slight concern) and then bring it back when you check out.

overall, amazing experience. the design of the hotel is outstanding and staff were really welcoming but not too invasive of your space. Modern and minimal, but also cozy. Felt like I was in kyoto at ace hotel!
Room (deluxe king bed) The colour scheme & lighting was very comfortable to the eyes, felt very cozy. Room was very clean, equipped with a new washer & electric stove. Love the eco-friendly products provided (toothbrushes, cotton buds etc). Also had a cute little balcony with nice foliage hanging.
Fundamental restaurant and bar The restaurant/bar’s design has huge windows showcasing the sea view, great sunlight all day, and beautiful sunset at night. The design has japanese screen door painting highlights, wood paneling and lanterns, paired with tall white walls. Really beautiful! Their coffee slow bar is also outstanding.
Lobby Lobby has a cute little cafe too. Oh, their welcome drink was really yummy 😂
Rooftop pool & gym The rooftop pool & gym are on the smaller side, but both are very clean and have great views. Rooftop pool’s highlight is the modern architecture & sea view.
I would recommend this hotel for young adults on vacation with their friends, consultants needing a business hotel but want a more beautiful place with good food and drinks rather than a traditional chain business hotel (they have a beautiful large conference room too), or families that are coming to pattaya for a more quiet & relaxing time. This hotel is quite different from the usual family resorts in pattaya, so do not expect large pools with sliders and little kids running around!

The hotel is in a good location, and the staff service is excellent. They will take the initiative to help every time you get in and out of the car, and their smiles are friendly! Stay there for 3 nights it was really good I love the bed it was just so soft, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great I love it and the coffee at breakfast was so so good 😊 not like breakfast coffee at other hotels. Main dish menus are made to order but they also have a mini buffet station of salads and desserts.
But my comments are.. 1. This hotel is NO on site parking which means you need to ask the staff every time to get a car. 2. Bathroom not clean on my first day I found something sticky in bathtubs feel like it not been cleaned properly.

This is by far the worst hotel I have been to in Thailand. Let me sum up all the disadvantages for you I’ll start and say that this hotel for sure used to be a condo since every room has a washing machine, microwave and stove inside of it. The pool was full of chlorine and is clearly above the legitimate amount. It ruined my swimsuit. The roof is not suitable for sunbathing because the construction above the pool doesn’t let any sunlight in. The pool area is also too tiny and not spacious. Also, the pool bar is too pricy. The hotel’s restaurant is very expensive as well and the 4 of us who stayed there got bad stomach ache afterwards. Also, the hotel restaurant is hosting the breakfast in the morning and it is too tiny to contain a lot of guests so you have to prebook 30 minutes window the night before to book your place. The hotel restaurant’s waitress harassed us during our meal to give them 5 stars ranking and comment good things otherwise I have no idea how this hotel has this rating which is clearly biased. We paid for breakfast for our stay but still needed to pay 60 extra baht for oatmeal for our coffee. The bread was not fresh at all! It felt like you try to cut concrete. The breakfast in general is more suitable to a backpackers hostel and not a hotel. The room’s balcony is too small to even be able to stand there normally. The room is no soundproof at all and we were on the 21st floor and still heard everything from the street and couldn’t sleep properly. The bath shower head was short and only suitable for maybe a kid and was also malfunctioning . The most terrible thing was the staff. They were aggressive, not kind and barely understood any English. All of the above made us checkout after one night although we paid for two.

Everything was first class .Lighting in room and bathroom less .No magnifying glass in bathroom and no drawers in the side tables and wardrobe safe at floor level. But overall a good hotel . The pool area on the terrace is the best part of the property.

I had the best 4 nights stay in this hotel. The location is great, the pool area is incredibly relaxing and it makes you feel like you’re in a resort far out of the city. The sauna was perfect. The food was delicious. Buffet breakfast was included and had great and varied options. My room was so spacious and luxurious, the bed was comfortable, rain shower and bathtub were perfect and the toilet was automated with heating. I can’t rate this place highly enough but what tops it all off, was the kindness of the staff. They had really went above and beyond for me and were extremely attentive and polite, especially Miss PATT. I’m thinking I’ll come back here on my way home after visiting the islands, it’s just unbeatable.

The New Year's holiday in Pattaya in 2023; we booked a vacation in the familiar Pattaya from 1/3-1/9, room number 601, which originally belonged to a suite with a double bed; because my girlfriend's sleep quality is not good, Therefore, we asked many times to change to a room with 2 single beds. The hotel service replied: there are no extra rooms available, and additional money must be added; finally, the problem was solved by adding an extra single bed. Not very satisfied, but acceptable.

I had upgrade to the deluxe room at 21 floor. There where some issues with the room. The staff was very helpful and me to 19 th floor.
Rooms are big and lots of light, the little garden on the balcony is a bonus.
Shower is perfect and the privacy glas is funny, first time I have seen it.
The pool is nice, but they allow non hotel guests there is lots of people taking pictures that kind of ruïnes the mood. Also the pool menu prices seem to be set for this visitors that come to make some pictures. Like 200 bath for a simple tea. Maybe a idea to give a discount to actual hotel guests.
I recommend this hotel.
