Hello. Altera Hotel is a hotel I would like to tell others about. For the price, the hotel was in very good condition and the service was also very good. Service requests are available 24 hours a day, and I was very pleased that the problem was resolved within 10 minutes. I also really liked that, unlike other hotels, you only need to request room cleaning before 5pm. It was also nice to have a terrace. There was no noise so I had a really good rest. All staff at Altera Hotel were friendly. If I had to point out something that was disappointing, it would be the size of the swimming pool and gym. I wish it was a little bigger. I had a happy trip thanks to Altera Hotel. thank you

Situated 200 mts away inside the lane of Hotel Centara Pattaya.. It has a 7 Eleven few hundred meters away. The beach is approx 500 mts away at walking distance. The Runway Street food park with the huge 747 aircraft is hardly 250 mts away from Altera.
This is a property with good guests consisting of families & couples and a few business travellers. Majority of the guests were from Asian countries. There were hardly any Indians. For Indians, I would recommend Centara Pattaya, which was my first priority, and since I didnt get the booking at the last moment, I had to go for Altera. But I was not at all disappointed with my decision.
What i liked the most about the property is that it has a great quiet location, away from the hustle & bustle of the crowded streets of pattaya.. I had visited in the month of August 2024 for work. It was a great comfortable stay. The checkin & checkout was very smooth. The frontdesk team was very polite and quick.
The breakfast had only a few items in vegetarian, so i mainly stayed on fruits, breads & smoothies during the breakfasts.
The rooms are quite spacious with attached kitchenette and balcony and a good spacious bathroom toilet. The hygiene was of optimum level.
The room service and room upkeeping was very prompt and high quality.
The AC was very effective. LED TV was of large enough size with good options of channels.
The in-room menu was also quite reasonable while i had ordered fries & smoothies.
The swimming pool was unfortunately under renovation, for which they had also given a free ferry ride to their other hotel few kms away, but i was happy with the beach, so i did not use the pool.
I had a deal of approx. Rs. 4000/-per night on single occupancy basis inclusive of tax and breakfast. The rate could have been better by Rs. 600 to 800 considering majority of the time i was outside and i hardly had anything in the breakfast!!! But that is my problem, hotel cant be blamed!
Overall a must-stay. I would definitely visit again solo or with family / friends.

The pool is pretty, value for money, and Ganchun is a hotel.
However, you need to clean the air conditioner filter and be sure to bring a shower filter. The water quality seems to be somewhat problematic.

Altera is a great place to stay with family The location is perfect Less than 180m 2min walk to the main road, 350m 4min walk to Runway Street Food, 700m to central mariner, 1400m to Terminal 21, and 85m to nearest 7-11 Also, the hotel offers shuttle services altera hotel and residence is in a Quiet area away from crowded places such as bars, etc. the rooms, sitting rooms, was very comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom with sliding door very nice. In general, the place was good and clean, I’ve stayed 14 nights and booked 2 rooms, and will definitely come here again Great staff, very polite, helpful, and professional It was a pleasant stay

I recently visited Mind Bistro and I was thoroughly impressed the staff service, Palm. The menu offered a wide variety of choices, and each dish was presented beautifully. I ordered the spaghetti with chili, which was flavorful and cooked to almost perfection and Caesar Salad was standard.
The staff named Palm was incredibly attentive without being overbearing. They made sure we had everything we needed, and the service was quick despite how busy the restaurant was. I appreciated the little touches, such as the friendly conversation and recommendations from the server.

Must reserve this stay for the second time. The price is quite reasonable. Book a room with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 living room. There is a dining table, microwave, stove, plates, bowls, glasses and a soft, clean bed, but may not see a sea view. But overall, when going out with friends it is considered okay.

Had a really positive 2 nights stay in this nice hotel. I'll start with the location which is pretty near to the main rd or highway, but not near enough to be noisy. 7/11, massage shops, eateries & bars r all within walking distance. Amenities wise is quite gd, the place is pretty new so everything is in great working condition. Gym is small & rudimentary, but I guess few will go to Pattaya for workouts right? Place look more like a resort than a hotel TBH. For the room, it is clean & tidy. Really bigger & spacier than I expected. I love the fact that they actually have a microwave, a fridge & a water heater in the room! These things are a real pleasure to have. I also like that there's a remote control for the AC, which is almost non-existent in most hotels these days.N not to forget that there's a small patio area outside the room, guess it's for smokers or for ppl who wish to have a brief surreal period for themselves. N 1 more thing, the TV entertainment was great too, the hotel movie channel had lotsa latest blockbusters which kept me well-entertained. Ok, gd stuff aside, there're a few pts, which I wld like to highlight to the management. No.1, the water heater in my room really don't work well @ all, it takes more than a min to warm up & the water doesn't stay warm unless u turn the knob all to the extreme left side but the water will be too hot after that. I've highlighted it to the receptionist to look into it, but the issue still persists after that. Thus, I didn't exactly had a gd bath while I'm there. Another thing, which is not exactly an issue & not the fault of the management, gotta do with the design of the room. I was slightly disappointed that there wasn't a master switch @ either side of the bed which allows u to quick-switch off the other lights in the room. Thought this is a common theme for most hotels. Appreciate the fact that there're 2 USB ports for charging, though I wld much prefer a power socket instead. Otherwise, I think this place is GREAT! The hotel staff are friendly & helpful too. It goes w/o a doubt that this will be my preferred choice of accommodation the nxt time I'm back @ Pattaya.
