Visited in April. Very nice hotel, helpful reception staff who spoke good English. Room was clean, had good AC, there was a safe and a small fridge. Bed and pillows were comfortable and we slept well as the hotel was quiet. Bathroom was good but shower temperature was slightly temperamental. Breakfast buffet was great, lots of delicious Asian options and Western options too such as cereal, fruit, toast, meats, salad, eggs. Beautiful lobby with nice seating areas. Swimming pool looked lovely but didn’t have time to use it. There is a shop nearby (approx. 5min walk) to buy extra drinking water etc. but the hotel did supply some drinking water in the room. At check-in a refundable deposit of 1000 Thai Baht was required for the room. When we checked out staff checked the room and gave us the deposit back. We used Grab/Bolt to get around in Pattaya. We would come back to this hotel.

My husband and I stayed here in April of 2022. That was before Thailand was fully reopened and we needed a hotel that would pick us up and arrange our covid tests. We recieved a great price for our week stay here that included pick up at the airport and our testing. We got our results that evening and were free to leave our room at that point. The room was extremely comfortable, clean and modern. The Tv had channels that were different languages including English. The breakfast was good with different choices both western and Thai The room service was great and we used it but we also used Panda food delivery. The only drawback was that the hotel doesn't have much by it - not a 7-11 etc. There are some restaurants if you walk up to Sukhumvit Road but nothing right there in the vicinity. We used the Bolt app to take taxi's to beach road which cost about 60 to 100 baht depending on where on beach road we got let off. If it weren't for the distance from anything I would have given this hotel a 5 star.

Best view hotel in Pattaya ! Perfect getaway for a relaxed leisure weekend! Loved the vibe at this modern yet heritage property with the perfect mix of zen & architecture it makes the best place to sip a martini under the sun by the pool and enjoy delicious dishes from their international menu made by the best of chef’s and served with love ! Special thanks to Mr.Pinyo and his entire management for taking care of my preferences while staying and specially the vegetarian food they prepared for me touched my heart and made my day happy and yummy ! I must say the facilities here like gym, sauna ,two beautiful pools with infinity pool and jacuzzi are so good and well maintained that once you enter it , you don’t feel like leaving this place !

My wife and I stayed here for two nights to celebrate her birthday. The hotel, pools, and rooms are beautiful, tastefully decorated, and meticulously maintained. I would rate the infrastructure as 10 stars. The staff decorated our room with birthday balloons and decorations for my wife, and soon after check in, a birthday cake too. Super nice, since I am not a good planner for birthday arrangements. The housekeepers did a great job.
Unfortunately, you cannot walk to anyplace from the hotel. The hotel is located on a winding rural road away from the main roadway with no sidewalks or shops. If you stay here, be sure to download the Grab taxi app.
Also, the breakfast offerings were too asian for me (a western traveler). Except for coffee and fruits, I struggled to find something for breakfast.
We found the staff to be aloof and no staff spoke English, which made things somewhat difficult.
This last part is a little bizarre too. The room came with disposable slippers for use in the room, which were really nice. We used them constantly while in the room. When checking out of the hotel, we thought it would be okay to keep them for the next hotel rather than they be thrown away. For an inexplicable reason, the hotel said we could not keep these and insisted they be returned. I can only guess they intend to reuse them, which seems really gross.
Overall, a beautiful place in a unusual location. We probably will not return here.

It's a lovely hotel with a great service. The staffs there are very friendly and well trained. Pancake is very eager to help us with anything,Pui who checked me in is very professional and it was very quickly and smoothly check in, Ken who served us in room dining is so friendly and prompt service and Jeab is so kind asking us if we prefer any other things.
The room is quite new and so comfortable with a superb bathroom which has a big bathtub. The bed is really comfortable and make us having a good sleep. Besides that the breakfast here is excellent ever!! I love it. Punyapat who treated us at the restaurant is so lovely and very keen to provide us anything we would like to say "Thank you very much "
The atmosphere here is really suit for both families, couple or even business trip as it's not too crowded area so I highly recommend this place for relaxing . It's memorable service ever. Love it and really appreciate my our stay.

Brand new hotel with a spacious room, great design but also feel comfortable like home. Staffs are very attentive and friendly with a kind assist offer. I was there with friend we had a relaxing time enjoy good facilities pool and gym. We’re mostly stayed at the hotel so we dine at the restaurant many time, food was delicious using good quality products with reasonable price. We love it and recommend this place.

On that time we have a great deal for the room around less than 2000 bath each (for 4 rooms), so we did not expected too much, but when I had arrived until we check out the hotel made me stunned all along their time. For me these so worthwhile on the experiences everythings are over standard when compare with their prices. That mean we will meet again for sure.

This is second time I choose this hotel to stay during my trip to Pattaya. The hotel is stylish and brand new. The staffs are so friendly, helpful and prompt to welcome you. From the moment I have parked my car, front staff is already come to wait next to my car at the parking. The room is spacious, clean and super new. I love the light mood in the room. Easy to control from daylight to nightlight using just one click. Staying here is so convenient to travel to other attractions. I travel with my Mom who has difficulty walking, she is really impressed with attentive staff Ms.Apinya who always come to assist her with the big smile. Definitely come again. Overall experience is Fantastic!

This is a new stunning hotel in Pattaya with beautiful relaxing ambience for your stay just only 3 minutes from Motorway exit.
Service from all staff is a highlight. Thumb up to all of them. Warm welcome from first step into the hotel. Check in was flawless. They always actively respond to your request and do their best for you.
Deluxe Room at Zen Building is wide and spacious you can be more relaxable. Breakfast is good too.
Highly recommend this hotel to everyone, especially young couples.
Definitely I'll be back there again.
