The location is very good since it's near the beach road and the Walking Street.
The pool area on the roof is very convenient if you want to get tan and you're use to wake up kind of late...
No towel at the pool tho.
The housekeeping srvice is very bad. They will bother you and try to make you wake up so they can clean the room. Unfortunately they start this strategy too early...
Their cleaning also is very bad, you will find a lot o black hairs from the cleaners on the floor after they're done to make up your room.
They clean the toilette very bad.

Stayed there with a friend, but checked out early. Nice little place with new rooms, but often noise from the German run bar/restaurant on the ground fl. which serves expensive food and attracts the typical Pattaya men.
But much worse. The Hotel next door has a night security guard that brings 2 young dogs to work. He chains them up right next to the road/entrance and the dogs keep barking all night and wake you up nonstop. Impossible to get any rest. How the manager & owners of the Inn House and adjoining hotels don't take any decisive action is beyond me. We would go back, but these poor dogs don't belong there and we talked with several people on the pool, they all complained and will not go back to this place.
Too bad, as the hotel & location is quite good. I hope the owners read this and correct the situation, which should be easy enough.

I have visited Pattaya many times and stayed in very varied range of hotels and I can honestly say this hotel is the best in Pattaya in its price range

It's in a quite Soi ( road) and very close to everything you need
Beach 2 mins
Central shopping 10 mins
Walking street 10 mins

The rooms are a good size and very clean the bed linen and towels are changed daily and the cleaning staff are friendly and helpful

The air con works well ( much needed as so hot at present )

The reception staff are good and helpful ( please note that past reviews have said bad things about the staff at this hotel but I have never experienced anything bad
I think sometimes it is down to how you treat them and if you are not polite to them do not expect them to be polite to you )

There is a present some building works being carried out close to the hotel but this was not an issue of course there is a little noise but they do not start work before 10
Don't let put you off booking this hotel .......
I would highly recommend this hotel and please feel free to message me if you have any questions

There is no restaurant in the hotel but a great one just outside the food and service is some of the best i have experienced in Pattaya

GO ON BOOK THIS HOTEL ......
You will have a great time....

Room tips
Standard room 406 4th floor
Good room with newly tiled bathroom
Not a great view from balcony as close to hotel next door but still ok

Upgraded room 706 7th floor
Great room with views of Soi 13 and of beach and sea
I would recommend spending the little extra and booking this room

1. Charged for beverages not consumed.
2. Maid service essentially non-existant. Toilet paper only supplied after countless calls to reception.
3. Rooms are dirty.
4. Rude. Staff makes rude (crude) comments about guests assuming they don't understand Thai

Avoid at all costs.

I booked this hotel online thinking i would be staying in a modern hotel but when i got there i was shocked to find the rooms were very average and looking a bit run down. The worst thing ever was the exploding toilet which was happening about 20 times a day or more. The toilet would make an incredibly loud noise and then suddenly the water would explode all over the bathroom. When i notified the staff they told me there was nothing they could do about it and when i asked to change rooms the other room had the same toilet issue and the room was in far more worse condition then the one i was staying in. In the night loud disturbing noises were coming from the restaurant/bar down stairs which just amplified through the halls and into the rooms. The pictures of the hotel swimming pool online looked great but trust me it was the worst pool i have ever seen at a hotel. It was so small and the furniture were so old and falling apart.

The motorbike parking for the hotel was a joke! It was in a tiny alley barely wide enough to get into and to make it worse there were hardly any spots for you to park and sometimes i had no parking at all and was forced to park my bike on the street. Not only that but the massage girls down stairs in front of the hotel were all sitting around eating and chatting on their phones in front of the entry to the parking spot and every time i wanted to park my bike or even leave i would get some bad looks from them because they were forced to get off their backsides so i could get in or out of the parking spot. I was not at all happy with the hotel and especially the money i paid to be there. The location was great but not for the money. I will never come back to this hotel again.

Right near the action in South Pattaya. Hotel 2 minutes from Pattaya Beach and surrounded by bars and restaurants. Rooms are OK and fully supported. I stayed for one night as my preferred hotel was full until the following day. Even so the bed was comfortable and there was free Wifi.

Located at a very convenient place. Everything you want to have in Pattaya is just a few minutes away from the property. One domain in which the property can work on is the hospitality domain. Specially on a gentleman( Maybe the manager or maybe the owner itself) who always sits in a cabin besides the lobby. I tried to get his name but was unsuccessful.

Another 10 days staying at inn house , really is a fantastic budget hotel, handy for 2 gyms coco and avenue , nightlife, walking street, shopping, overall it's very hard to beat location wise. Cleaning was a bit of a nightmare this time they always woke me up while I was sleeping of a hangover.
