This is our 12th visit to Thailand! We were going spontaneously, hotel booked sitting at the airport waiting to board. I was driving. For a month or a month and a half, reservations were made for a week to find a cone to stay in. A hotel in the heart of Pattaya on thrift road. The location is very comfortable. Absolutely everything! Big C, Terminal 21, Festival, Alcazar, Night Market with Boeing 747. Massage, 7/11, cafe across the street. We moved in very quickly. The room was standard with road windows, it was a little noisy. So we changed our room the next day to a suite with a surcharge. Very comfortable, spacious! With kitchen, balcony, dining and soft areas. The room is cleaned daily and with quality. The area is large, very green. Tropical garden with peacocks, beautiful pond with fish and turtles. Big pool. Beautiful breakfasts! It's low season in September, so there's not a lot of people. Like many other hotels after covid, are intensely rebuilt and prepared for the season. Make beautiful both inside and out. The staff are very friendly! Special thanks to the girl at the reception called BOW! Receptive and attentive! Eventually we stopped looking for condos and decided to stay here for the whole month!

This is your basic hotel in Thailand. Good size rooms with a small balcony. Some rooms have a kitchenette. Covered parking underneath the rooms. Maids do an excellent job of keeping the rooms clean.

The grounds are very attractive. Lovely gardens with birds flocking around and a few birds kept in large cages. The pool is a nice size and perfect to beat the heat. Most of the time you will have the entire pool to yourself as this hotel is not well known by many tourists or Thais for that matter.

Restaurant does good western food. Had a great steak for dinner and a great club sandwich for lunch at the hotel. Breakfast is average during low season. High season they put out a small buffett for breakfast.

But the best thing about this hotel is the LOCATION. Its on a main road above 2nd road. I believe its Soi Phet Trakul. Staying at this resort you wouldn't notice that Pattaya had an abundance of "single Thai women around who all seem to like foreigners only." It is an escape from the x-rated carnival that Walking Street and Central Pattaya are comprised of. Big C is a 5 minute walk away. There is a family-mart directly opposite the hotel as well as 2 outdoor Thai restaurants that are excellent.

We stayed here last time for Songkran(2011) and was the best Songkran ever. 99% of the people driving down the stree were Thai. it was a blast and not the overdone craziness that happens on beach street. I have 2 children who were 2 and 5 yrs old at the time and it was perfect for them...If you want to see a bit of Thailand in Pattaya then this is the area for that. You still get nice smiles and people who are generally friendly in this little area of heaven. Of course 5 minutes away you can hit 2nd road and the tourist areas of Pattaya..

Having traveled all over Thailand as well as living close to Kampangphet I have never been a big fan of Pattaya. Kind of like going to Disneyland USA only and saying you have visited America.. Pattaya is not the Thailand I know and love but at least theres an area that is away from all the craziness, people trying to sell you things on every corner and every beach......

So if you must visit Pattaya then I recommend Leelawadee Lagoon Resort and if you have to go to the beach then head further south of Pattaya down towards Bang Sare and Sattahip where you will find good beaches....these beaches are clean, good water, but best of all NO TOUTS.

For a well made video of the hotel just go to YouTube and search Leelawadee Lagoon.

Wonderful property with great food great swimming pool and great rooms. Whenever we plan a friends meet, this hotel will be our first choice. Tuktuk and taxis will be available 24/7 outside this hotel and almost all attractions are of walkable distance. This hotel is located just behind the Alkazar. Room service is good, polite staff and neat rooms. There is a 711 opposite to the hotel.

I am well traveled. Hotel is an apartment block but sold off as a resort which is far from the truth.
Service is appalling and the staff are very obnoxious and rude.
Self contained apartment has no appliances for cooking and was useless.
The food was really bad the fish and chips were still frozen and soggy.
WIFI is garbage and cuts out all the time and then have to religiously log back in.
What more can I say Don’t Stay Here.

It is a apart-hotel, mid range price. The apartment was built around a small pond, which is not clean and lifeless, the apartments has no lifts, so bad luck for those who has joint problems. The staffs are rude and lazy, they have a free shuttle service but staffs seems not keen to drive you at all. WIFI is really bad and doesn't t work in the room.

We booked this hotel for 2 nights. When we entered into the hotel and ask for check - in, we got no answer for 10 minutes as both receptionists are busy talking with each other. Finally we been told to wait for 4 hours on one side as the room was not ready. They are so unprofessional that they even not ask us for a glass of water. We waited for 4 hours to get the room and then shortly we discovered that they put us in block no 6 where maintenance work is on. We try to relax in the room after long flight and then 2 hour car journey and then 4 hours waiting in the reception but couldn't as it was very noisy because of maintance work. We contact back to the reception and request for another room but no one in the reception understand English language and they laugh on us in their language. Finally they change the room but now there was a problem with the toilet water dranage system. There breakfast buffet is full of unhygienic you can see mosquitos sitting on salad and other stuff. They also trying to rip you off when you trying to book the taxi from them aswell. They quote us 2400 Bhats from pattaya to bangkong and then we found taxi ourself which cost us 1100 Bhats. There is lots to tell but I can't write all. Bottom line is this hotel needs to train their staff in terms of English language and more importantly customer care skills.... THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS NEVER EVER GOING TO GO BACK IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN ....

I walked in and got told there is room available. But.. when I stay one night just superior with breakfast for 2500,- . The receptionist was very friendly but seemed to get uncoordinated advises by someone else over the phone.
The environment is nice around a small lake with birds and a small restaurant is serving very small amounts of food in a middle value.
The room itself was looking more like someone took the interior with him before. No bedside lamp no picture no information materials like brochure about the resort facilities. ... are in the room. The balcony was to the noisy road and had no facilities to sit or a table. .. so useless. But "unlimited" jack boxes are inviting to serv min 14 electronic devices with energy.
No roomservice available.
No Bible or Koran.
No phone book (local).
No materials to write some notes or security advises.
No fire exauster .
JUST 'sofa chair' for a 2 pax room.
No wifi connection available but like anounced possible.
So far so good.

It was very nice stay here. We have got room upgrade to suite room as we are honeymoon couple. The suite room is big enough, separate of living area and bed room. If you travel with family, suite room is your answer.
Hotel located in the town but its make me seem as we are not in pattaya town. Excellent breakfast and good atmosphere. They have animal zone and a big tree in the resort, this is good for your children.

Not very busy when I stayed, and customers seemed to be largely Thai. Adequate gym, which was usually empty, as was the good-sized pool. Fairly central, with easy access to the bright lights. Breakfast was so-so, but certainly can't complain at the price.

1. Told me the wrong direction twice Finally reached without any apology
2. Gave me the wrong room type ( you should reconfirm the booking and room type upon check in).also I asked for king size Bed but they gave me a twin Bed instead.
3. They blamed on me that I booked the wrong room type. In fact I asked them before make a booking that How difference of these both room type. They told me The Leela is new so I decided and booked this room instead of Leelawadee.

So disappointed!!!!!
