The facilities are okay. Breakfast buffet service is exemplary when Peter is looking after the customers at the table. They do an excellent job when he is around, and he will look after your table with the best quality service. The room was not very good. It smells of mold when you walk in and there were no face washers upon arrival. Then when you got some washers you had to call reception every time to replace the used ones because the housecleaning services didn't.

We had a great time at The Beach club Pattaya. Specially to Mr. Angelo, he is an outstanding staff, thumbs up to his excellent service and dedication. The location is really nice and chill. Our room is nice with magnificent view and the check-in process was smooth.

Excellent service at pool bar! Mr. Angelo at pool was accommodating and a top service at pool he make us more memorable stay at Pullman! I will comeback and recommend this hotel! Good service!! Executive lounge was great choices! Friend staff! Since check in!

I visited Thailand with some friends to meet Kumiko. The hotel service was very nice. Especially Mr. Peter, Mr.Pai and Mr.Mong at the restaurant was excellent. Their smiles made us smile. We definitely come back this hotel to see you.Thanks! 親しい友人たちと訪れました。オーシャンビューの部屋からの景色は素晴らしかったです。プールから直接ビーチへとつながっているので、海で泳いで、プールへ移動しやすいです。お料理も美味しく、フルーツもたくさんあり毎朝お腹いっぱい食べました。 スタッフの方の笑顔とサービスは素晴らしく、特にPeterさん、Pai さん、Mong さんはとても良くしてくれました。またこのホテルに泊まりにきたいと思いました。

Large, comfy bedroom and bathroom. Sea view from the balcony a nice extra. Good air conditioning and universal plug sockets (great for fellow UK travellers). Pools only medium sized but plenty of space and seating to enjoy at any time. Exceptional staff always a pleasure to talk to and assist in anyway. Not a great deal in the immediate vicinity but hotel provides travel to nearby Terminal 21 (shopping mall) and the beach is just out the back of the hotel (mixture of sand and shingle).

The rooms and corridors are dated and need attention. The pool on the beach is perfect with massage available on the beach to the left or right. Drinks and food in the hotel expensive, but to be expected. Excellent wash house near the hotel entrance, spotless. Out the centre, but that’s a blessing!

Very good location! Close to Terminal 21 shopping mall and alot of massage parlors and restaurants. Breakfast was great with many many options. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was a good size, loved the balcony. The only thing was the musty odour coming from the carpet on my floor. You could smell it as soon as you get off the elevator and the room also had a mild musty odour.

I stayed here for 2nights was not very good experience. They don't set as a request feel sad The second hair dryer exploded ,the phone in my room doesn’t worked i tried to called for room service no one can respond i have to walk downstairs and talked about this problem to front desk but what I received was not satisfied The last thing the mini bar light in the room can not turn off my boyfriend can not sleep.
