The best mid range hotel I have stayed so far seeing the services they offer. But do keep in mind to avoid booking during peak season and weekends as it gets over crowded by Thai local tourists. 1. The wave pool & water slide was good. The kids enjoyed a lot there. The small slide for young kids was also there. Kids room was nothing to write about as most of the equipment was chargeable. Air hockey & Foosball was complementary though. 2. Make sure you reach a bit early for breakfast, as minimum waiting time is 10-15 minds, as sitting capacity is very less compared to the number of rooms they have. No vegan/vegetarian option for breakfast, although I being vegetarian, I am use to having fruits, breads and cereals etc. So no complain on that. 3. The room was like a small apartment and the view was amazing from the 31st floor. Best part was the sitting area and the bedroom was separate which is always good when you are travelling with kids. All in all we had a pleasant stay here. But do not book during peak time.

The rooms are simpel and small for price-quality. The hotel is focussed. On asian tourist not europian. So is the breakfast. . Theres just a few beds at the pool (8 per zone) the rest is chairs. You can not have an alcoholic drink. One night 2000asian tourist checked in and there was no guidance from staff at elevators nothing. My kid 5y was so scared of all the pushing and shouting. Staff is friendly but not much empathy or cooperation if you would like something a bit different then it goes by the books.no hotel activities

and in fact the only Centre Point I would say that about. CP is generally four stars, sometimes tending to five; this is three at best. Rooms are tiny and you just need one of the suites with a small living room, and furnishing is like a Scandinavian country motel. Views are nice. Location: As has been said, on the Pattaya highway very much to the north, nothing near, nothing in walking distance; you always need a Grab. Jominten Beach is an hour away, you're basically two-thirds on the way from Bangkok Siam to Jominten. The killer are the few, slow, stuffy and dirty elevators which are just not made for the masses staying here. And make no mistake: This is a hotel for families with small kids, so if you mind them in any way, avoid. Same with all the infrastructure - this is made for small kids, there's no usable pool for adults at all. (There is one but it is always bizarrely crowded.) Breakfast was very mediocre and ofc loud. Reception staff was very, very slow and not really with it. Admittedly, the place is dirt cheap, so one might not expect more, but I am not happy I stayed there - a bit of a waste of one's lifetime.

The hotel is not a 5 star hotel, I’d rate it more like a 3 star. Best thing about the hotel was the staff, from reception to cleaners all the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The wave pool and slides are great for kids up to 11yrs. Breakfast was plentiful although a lot of the food was cold. This hotel is very popular for big tours so avoid during Thai holidays and weekends. There is not alot within walking distance from the hotel and is on a very busy dual carriageway. there is a free shuttle service although it’s only every 90 minutes starting at midday. Taxis are very cheap if you use Bolt (download app) only £3-4 for most journeys to beach, or towards walking street. I enjoy walking but the area is not great for walking as there’s just nothing around apart from garages. Nearest 7/11 about 15-20 minutes. The only reason I wouldn’t return is the location. I am used to being able to pop out to a shop, pub, restaurant or for a massage. Also please take note that this is a dry Hotel. They don’t sell or serve alcohol and therefore there’s no bar. You are allowed to take your own drinks to your room and each room has a fridge. Lifts can be very busy during breakfast and check in/out times.

If you want a hotel where you have to spend 15-20 minutes in que every time you gimng to use the elevators, this is the hotel for you. Same at check in. We got a que number of #54 when checking in and had to wait for 40 minutes before it was our turn. At the pool people was down already at 7 in the morning throwing towels at the pool chairs to mark them up before going to eat brekfast. Breakfast was avreage. We will not come back to this hotel.

Normally a pretty quiet hotel, during the holiday seasons and especially those that coincide with the Thai school breaks (March to April, and the first weeks of October), the water park becomes a magnet for masses of families with children. I saw my friend’s post on a normal weekday and they almost had the whole place to themselves. For us, on Songkran we visited. The water park was like lots of floating ants found in an overnight sweet drink left out in the garden. The hotel is also a venue for Chinese tours, and with that, it was packed to the max. Because it was so crowded, it took forever to get from our high 22nd floor down to the lobby during the peak hours. People going up had to queue long to get into the lifts, and on the way down it stopped every 2 to 3 floors to be greeted by frowning guest who could not get in. What made it worst was none of the lifts were airconditioned, so it always smelled like wet sweaty men working out in a gym with faulty ventilation (.. . which… to certain audience may find appealing… . ). Amazingly, our breakfast at 8.30am on both days was smooth with no waiting. The food spread was simple, and it more than suffice for a decent fill-hunger morning meal. This hotel felt like a typical middle-class Bangkok condominium on the lower side of the price range found on the fringes of central business district. Remove the water park and it becomes exactly that. Has a small community pool on the 3rd floor, a small gym and some common areas for chilling-out. The room we had brought me back to our apartment living days. A big bed shoved into a very small bedroom, a side kitchen counter, a small sofa set opposite the TV so near. The typical tiny balcony where the compressor lives and doubles as clothes dryer, and that cubicle bathroom of claustrophobic nature. I am however impressed with the heavy touch of Zen in the lumber colored bathroom. The toilet seat is electrically warmed and has that automatic Japanese wash your backside thing with so many buttons it took time to understood. And the sleep quality in the bed was excellent for the linens and pillows were so lush even some 5 stars hotel don’t match. Surrounding the hotel… well, the main artery road is just outside, there is no beach because this is more the 1km form the nearest shoreline. There are however many interesting restaurants and cafes nearby, but they will require transport of some sort. Opposite is a pet hospital, there is a school nearby and a short walk to the left a restaurant. There is a little outdoor playground across the front porch where our children broke some sweat in the after-breakfast hours. The water park one cannot compare to the large-scale ones. It is minimalistic with just a few sun bathing chairs. To the left of the wave pool there is the kiddy water slide. And up on a higher level a faster slide for that little boost of excitement. On the right are a few pavilions that will always be occupied. It lines another kiddy water section. If one does choose to stay here, do not over-expect to be pampered by the likes of big brand hotel chains. But for the price one pays, it is surely matching what one gets for staying in an amenity overladen condominium. What we love is that they put in quite an effort to set up extra amenities during Songkran. There were staffs dressed in traditional costumes hosting games at the pool, and there was a mini fun fair where the outdoor playground is. They really made sure we guest have a good time. And what we did not like was the checkout experience. But this is to be expected when any hotel is packed beyond capacity. Called for our load of luggage to be taken at 12 for checkout. Was told to wait 30 minutes for there was a queue of request. Waited in the car for a total of 1 hour before we finally got them.

The waterpark with wave pool is about enough justification to consider this property for travelers with young children - my toddler son had a blast and hopefully some precious memories! It was a long weekend for locals and travelers so property was at high occupancy and the waterpark was certainly busy but didn’t feel overcrowded in the 2 mornings we were there. The room quality is acceptable - clean, functional but not luxurious. The queues for elevators will be long and unpleasant in the day when most guests are out-and-about their activities. Its was probably a thousand guests in close to 600 rooms spread over 30 floors but only a single lobby of 3 or 4 small lifts serving the entire stack. An abundance of patience is required to deal with that.

One of the most over crowded and hectic hotels I’ve ever visited. It is in no way relaxing. There is permanently 500 people crowed into the lobby. You have to wait sometimes 20 minutes for one of the 3 lifts to collect you on your floor. 30 story hotel with hundreds of rooms. Maybe 1000 with 3 tiny lifts. It’s a health and after nightmare. The food is bad and the poor staff are absolutely rushed off their feet I wouldn’t come back if they paid me $1000 usd. That’s the truth.
