Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Located at Pattaya. Location is good. Although booked two rooms superior category, it never has had that look and cleanness. Bath towels are terrible. We used our own towel . Staffs good . Speak English not bad. Deposit 1000THB or surrender passport. Overall average. Also not worth for the money you paid to the hotel.

A little bit off the beaten path, but still very close to all the bars and restaurants. Big size rooms and a nice balcony. The only problem with this hotel is that they are very strict when you have guests visiting as they have to have proper ID and certain age unlike all the other hotels in Thailand. A bit dated and in need of some renovation.

Let's start with rooms... Those are so dark that u end up using flashlight while eating food in the room. It lights like a night bulb not more than that.

Restaurant: Nothing to eat, dark again, pathetic service, food quality is worst.
Food ordered: If you order food, they will give you disposables to eat in the room. Who does that
In short, I will never ever recommend anyone to stay here. I wouldn't have even gave 1 star to this freaking hotel which is absolutely good for nothing.

It was terrible, the room was so dark, bed linens. Towels and curtains are dirty and old. Staff gives a wrong commitment, that rooms are very good, toilets are not clean, room smells bad, mosquitos in the room, poor maintenance, Please be careful before you book the room.

A friend of ours booked a suite and added an extra bed thinking it would be okay to have five person in it.(we are students that want to save a couple of bucks) Our first impression of this hotel was already bad as our receptionist looked like she woke up on the wrong side of the bed and was rude the entire time we were checking in. Then she insisted that the two extra guest had to leave their passport with the receptionist. We refused to but were willing to leave IDs. Apparently that wasn't good enough for her but we managed to sort it out with the manager. The next day we were told that for the two extra person we needed to pay an extra 500baht each per night. We booked an extra room that night itself and explained to the receptionist that we didn't know about the extra charges. The receptionist reassured us that we didn't have to pay the extra 1000 baht. We stayed for three nights and on the morning we were checking out, we were given a bill of extra 1000 baht. We were all confused and the manager came out and insisted we pay the extra 1000 baht. We explained we told the receptionist and the manager's response was "this kind of things cannot talk with the receptionist!". Who in the world am i suppose to address my issue with if not the receptionist? In addition to that, with no reason at all he said "only call girls stay here for free". By that time, we were all frustrated and decided to pay the extra charges and just leave. I understand it was partially our fault but I would ask this hotel to please train their employees better when addressing customer's issues and there were no reason why the manager of the hotel itself would even mention prostitution. I will never stay or recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Our entire stay were ruined and we felt very unwelcome with the exception of the cleaning service who were very friendly.

Amazing hotel, nice food (specially the rolled-up omlette, which I never had anywhere else), nice pool, well-behaved staff, spacious room, hotel in near proximity to the beach and the market, and the manager is really a kool person. Just that rooms/balcony's dosent give you a good view, other than the lane right in front of the Hotel.

I booked this hotel from Expedia on the website and thought it looked okay until check in. The desk clerk basically through a key at me and said my room number. Not a great first impression I should have left then. Got to the room and it was okay not anywhere as large or as well appointed as the website said but was tired and thought I would give it a night. Went for a walk and something to eat as there is no where to eat in the hotel came back and noticed the sheets were grey and the pillows looked dirty so sent an email to Expedia and got a response very quickly and they arranged for me to check out with one nights charge. The pool is small and actually looks like a hot tub very deceiving from the pictures.
All is good moved on albiet lost a day in the sun.
Just remember we could all be photo shopped.
And the first impression is usually the best one my mistake the desk clerk should have tipped me off.
Safe travels.
