The hotel is located in a busy place, very noisy, music until the morning, loud music. We lived in block C on the 3rd floor, windows facing the street. They didn't take a deposit from us. The room is small, not a balcony, but a balcony, purely for a small clothes dryer, 1 person can hardly fit. Silent air conditioner. There is a thin stream of water in the sink, nothing else. The shower is ok, but the water is not hot, but barely warm. The towels are torn, but they are changed every day, cleaning is also done daily, the bed linen is clean and white. Everything else is as stated. There is a noticeable sewer smell coming from the drain. The safe is not working. There is 1 hanger in the so-called closet. The sauna and fitness room are not working. The pool is small, clean, the sun loungers are wooden, already tired; open until 20:00. Breakfast is ordinary, there is a choice. There are few Russians, mostly Americans, Indians, and a few Chinese too.

Beware when booking this hotel, as I had an unusual experience of booking a room with breakfast, was paid, actually with the assistance of the reception staff, but once paid and the booking came through, the breakfast was not added. Surprise Suprise, Zero help from the reception staff, a case of computer says no. Do yourself a favor, for breakfast walk out of hotel, turn right, about 80 meters on the left you get a decent English breakfast. I hate being duped.

We rested from October 6 to October 16, 2023. The hotel is generally not bad. Now in more detail.
Pros:
1. There are no Russian tourists in the hotel, this was a plus for us, there are a lot of Chinese and Europeans (mostly quiet pensioners). The hotel is quiet, no noise, no neighbors could be heard.
2. Daily cleaning, cleanliness throughout the hotel.
3. Large, nice pool with comfortable water temperature.
4. Polite and helpful staff, always smiling and in a good mood.
5. There is a cafe at the hotel, the food is normal.
6. Every day they bring coffee, cream, sugar, water. There are problems with tea, they brought it to us only once.
7. Excellent air conditioning, not noisy.
8. Availability of a clothes dryer and a safe.
9. We broke the mug, the employees immediately drew up a report, we paid, they gave us a receipt, for us this is a plus, since everything is responsible.
10. There is a shower by the pool.
11. A huge gym, with good equipment, several cardio machines, showers, saunas (it’s a pity that there are only fans, no air conditioning).
Minuses:
1. Noise until 3:00 am, but this is understandable, since there are only bars and parties around. (This did not bother us), poor sound insulation in the rooms.
2. Poor water pressure in the evening, we didn’t like this the most.
3. Dim light in the rooms (difficult to shave and put on makeup).
4. Wi-Fi works poorly from time to time, there is practically no reception.
5. Quite small balconies.
The bottom line is this: we liked the hotel, we would come back here again, the price corresponds to the quality.

I stayed in this hotel for a month, the stay was not impeccable but I can't complain about the price paid... the strong points of the structure are the location and the well-equipped but somewhat old gym, the abundant breakfast as regards the salty food, on the other hand, almost non-existent for desserts (only jams). The rooms are small but welcoming. The hotel has a lot of potential but it could do with more attention…

We enjoyed our stay here and the hotel had a number of things going for it. Firstly, the pool area was excellent- a relatively large pool with the bar nearby. Secondly, the location of the hotel was pleasing, whilst not at the beach most things were a short walk away and it was easy to visit the 'scenic delights' of Pattaya. There's a Seven- Eleven next door, which gives you the perfect opportunity to buy cheap beer. On the downside, some of the rooms can be noisy (our friends had to ask for another room due to the booming music) as the bar next door was blasting out the tunes, but having said that we stayed over the New Year Period and it is Pattaya, so some noise is to be expected. Yes, I'd stay here again.

I've been looking to stay here for sometime and am glad I finally did. The hotel seems to be set up for short stay tourists, with lots of space in the car park for tour buses and a huge foyer.
Check-in was easy and that's probably because there were so few people in Pattaya. The room was small but clean. I was by myself but of there were two people, it would get crowded very quickly.
The fridge worked, as did the lights & TV, but little things were off, like the old cigarette burns on the bathroom sink. It didn't hurt the stay, but was not a good look.
My biggest concern was not being able to get any internet on my second day. I made repeated calls to the lobby and I've no doubt the guy did his best to help me, but no internet just doesn't work. This was a hotel issue, not an area outage.
Overall, I'd stay there again if the internet was reliable and the price was right. This hotel has so much competition nearby and until recently, has been charging way too much. If the hotel gets bus loads of tourists they can get away with the high prices, but otherwise they're going to struggle to compete

Positives:
Best hotel gym I’ve ever come across, the gym has everything.
Price was cheap for the location, but it became clear why the price was cheap.
Negatives:
Hard bed.
Only one pillow per bed provided.
Bathroom has a constant damp, sewer smell.
Toilet smells.
The shower water temperature doesn’t stay constant, it keeps flucuating.
Small, unusable patio.
Everytime I plug in my charger to the wall socket, the socket has fires off sparks.
Small safe that doesn’t work.
Worn bathroom towels.
Cracks in the walls.
AC works enough but doesn’t get cold as I would like.
Loud music thumping all night from nearby bars.
You could tell the builder of the hotel cut corners and did a shoddy job and now the hotel isn’t being kept up properly. It’s sad because the property has a ton of potential.
Overall, I wouldn’t stay there again, although if you just need some place to crash for a night near a central area it isn’t bad at the right price.

Even though its only a few years old his place is quite worn out with cheap fittings and not that clean BUT,it was excellent value for the price I paid with a great gym and it has has pleasant staff in a perfect location for single travellers, pool looks dodgy cleanliness wise though.
Internet is awful, unreliable and keeps dropping.
its obviously not 4* more like 2 * at best but if you can get a low price then its worth it however dont pay a premium to stay here.

Oh yeah. If you trust the lady you even don't have to pass the reception and take her in your room. Building c has a entrance next to the entrance of the fitness where you can walk in without passing the reception. I will not advice this however. The reception keeps her ID card and calls every time when a lady checks in or out. Hope this answers your questions.
