It's not the newest hotel, but since they had an ownership and management change after COVID, you can hardly beat the value of the place.
We liked that the hotel is not in the middle of the tourism and nightlife districts, as from the hotel you are right away on the main Sukhumvit Rd, and you can from here reach pretty much any location in Pattaya and Jomtien by car within 10 minutes, must faster then when we stayed at a beach road hotel, where you end up in major traffic jams, just to get away from your hotel.

Rooms are clean and spacious, yet a bit dated, but it seems they are upgrading them right now. During our stay we got a new larger tv installed ...

Staff is very nice, Thai and German management was as well very helpful and friendly...

All in all, a very decent hotel at excellent value.

The staff here are adorable and always greet us with warm smiles. They provide enthusiastic and friendly support, which is lovely. However, I'm curious about their efficiency. For instance, when I requested a technician to check the air conditioning in my room and provided my room number, they still went to the wrong room. Similarly, despite requesting room cleaning and hanging a sign on the door, the room remained untouched upon our return, with the water not replaced. It's puzzling given the staff's friendliness. Additionally, the hotel room key adds to the inconvenience.

Hi,

This was definitely an experience not to be missed If you can possibly get into the car park for tour buses!

This hotel gets very heavily booked with Chinese and Korean tour groups. They can be very noisly and don't seem to know how to behave in public places. This ranges from attempting to all get in the lift at the same time whilst you are trying to exit to jostling you out of the way if you get anywhere near them in the...." breakfast noodle stampede!" They also don't seem to understand that twenty people cannot all get in the lift at the same time and that the alarm means it is overloaded.

Whilst we were there security had to come up because of the noise and two Chinese naked guys locked out of their room. These people tend to get up around 5.30am ensuring the rest of the hotel does as well.

Internet is an additional 150 baht per day.

Rooms are only very basic and the shower having great water pressure tends to end up on the bathroom floor through a design fault and no lip on the bath area to return the water down the plug hole. The rooms have only one socket in them for any appliances you may bring with you such as computer or to charge your phone.

There is no shaver socket nor any socket in the bathroom.Swimming pool area nice if you can get near it!

Downstairs internet area. Nice fish pond on ground floor and lounge area. Breakfast reasonable if anything left after the tour group locusts have finished.

A long way from downtown Pattaya if you don't have transport.

Rooms are large.Staff friendly and helpful.Large pub nearby called the White Horse, worth a visit.on the car park of the hotel.

I could list everything that is wrong with this hotel but I don't want to waste the rest of vacation.
The low lights that stand out.
Broken elevators. Tatty rooms. Loud and noisy all the time. Rubbish TV reception. Dreadful wifi (paid for). There are much better options in Pattaya. Don't waste your money or precious time. Checked out after 2 days.

I got this voucher from playing games to stay in this hotel. At first, looking at the map on google, i had a really bad feeling about the hotel, that it is so far away from the city.

the moment i arrived the hotel, it was totally different. the atmosphere in the hotel is really good. make you feel so comfortable. the staff at the reception desk was very helpful, however, you won't expect much if you are checking in at the same time as tourist. this hotel serves a lot of chinese tourist that they can be very noisy, however, it was ok during day time, since all the tour are away for their activities

the room is very clean, has a bathtub with hot/cold water and wi-fi service

because i also have cars, it was easy for me to take my family to tourist attractions, such as, Alangkarn Theatre, Floating Market, Nongnuch Garden, Underwater World...etc, which only take about 5 - 10 mins driving.

advantage, this hotel was over my expectations. it is a good hotel for family travellers because it is close to the main road and because there was no pubs or girls to make distract the scenery for young children.

dis-advantage, if you are seeking for nightlife then this hotel is not suitable because it is too far away from all the lights and sounds and also if you dont have your own transportation, it might be a little expensive to go to anywhere in pattaya

i paid less than 50usd per night including breakfast. the room is spacious and clean with a view of the railways. the bathroom has a bathtub with ample hot/cold water. bath amenities are cheap which consists of a couple of teeny tiny soap, a shampoo and a bath liquid - what do you expect for 50 bucks?

the gym is located facing the pool and consists of three pieces of equipment. during my stay, not one guest made use of the gym nor the pool. it seems to be more of a decoration. another reason is that this hotel caters more for the bus load of tourists on package holidays. this makes these facilities less used.

the room has a mini fridge which contains 2 bottles of water - this is chargeable. the good thing is that there is a 7-11 nearby, so no problem to stock it with your own supplies. no in room safe, they do have safety boxes in the reception area.

the room electricity is activated by the room key. don't bother trying to remove the key from the magnetic key chain - they have properly wielded it shut. this might be a concern for those people planning to do some photo/video shoot as you will have to be stuck in your room.

free breakfast consists of porridge, ham, eggs, sausage, sauteed chicken, thai type of soup, breads, butter, jams, fresh fruits, rice, sauteed vegies.

now the main complaint about his place is the location. be warned you will most probably get charged 200bht to go to the city cente (one way) you can haggle it down if you have the skill .

this is one of those hotels that the bell travel service (bkk airport to pattaya) where they will not deliver you to your hotel's door. so unless you have a private transport catered in you will be disappointed.

btw, you will have a regular wake call around 7am courtesy of the train running parallel to the hotel. I was staying on the 10th floor.

We were in a junior suite for one night; not a good choice as the two elevators are badly oversubscribed in the morning during breakfast time. The room photograph is on the hotel's web site; the condition of the room is poor. Breakfast was a oriental buffet catering to the Chinese tour groups. Nice lobby area with the swimming pool. The Internet WiFi was very poor; slow speed and needed to login constantly.

The hotel is located in South Pattaya. Though it is little far away from North pattaya but a nice place to stay away from city crowd.
The room is small but still a decent room.
Staffs were very friendly.
There were lots of varieties in the complimentary breakfast. The swimming pool area was chargeable.
The coffee shop and restaurant of this resort was amazing.
My room was swimming pool facing and I enjoyed the view. I must say It is value for money. If you want to stay in luxury, then it is best place to stay.
But if you are a party lover and want to stay near to pubs and bars then stay in NORTH PATTAYA.
Nearest place to watch from this resort is UNDER WATER WORLD and shopping malls.

Lovely hotel, good rooms, nice swimming pool, breakfast was not very nice - not much choice, Fairly booked up with chinese although that did not present a problem to us. Cheaper that being in the centre but outside of the area for the 10baht taxi's. Private Taxi into Pattaya cost us 200baht (£4) still not bad between 3 of us. Had to pay for wifi.

We stayed here for a couple of nights as part of an escorted tour group from India. Location of the hotel was not an issue for us since the tour operator had arranged a bus for the group. The room we got was nice and clean. The bathroom was clean too. The only thing was that a lot of water was running off from the sides of the tub onto the floor. The shower curtain should have been wider. The breakfast was good with a nice salad bar. Our overall experience was very good.
