Stayed for a few nights in order to do a specific Elephant excursion. We stayed in one of the lower level rooms in the newer building. The room had a nice bathroom and was plenty large enough for two people. It was very clean and well maintained. We were perfectly comfortable, with the exception of a few mosquitoes the first...

This boutique hotel is slightly off the beaten path with the heart of old Chaing Mai, just a stone's throw away. The hotel is beautifully decorated and serene. The staff were accommodating and very hospitable; beyond our expectation. Our only regret is that we did not stay longer.

Clean, beautiful, and spacious rooms. Gorgeous balcony view of the courtyard from the second floor. The restaurant breakfasts were outstanding. Wonderful service from the courteous and polite staff. Ms. Mai is such a kind and caring owner. Our stay at Ruen Come In was better than we could have imagined. Thank YOU!!!

What we like -- *It's a bit away from the bustling city center and only costs 80 THB on Grab car to get into the old town. *The setting and the teak wood architecture of the entire place are exquisite. *The service is great and attentive. The staff are very helpful and speak fair English. Even the lady who seems...

This boutique hotel is comfortable. The rooms are spacious and clean and the beds are ample in size. The rooms are also very quite which was nice. Staff is generally friendly and helpful. There is a nice sized pool available with a small jacuzzi. The breakfast offered isn't buffet style but off of a set menu. Portions are large enough...

Great hotel. Beautifully decorated. Very large, clean rooms. More like your own cottage. Pool looked nice. Staff was polite and accommodating. In a quiet area slightly off the beaten path. However the staff will happily arrange a taxi for you and they are very inexpensive. If I had to complain about something, it would be the very limited breakfast offerings....

This former home is beautifully made from teak wood and it's not very far from the old city of Chiang Mai. The suite we stayed in was huge with its own jacuzzi and infra-red sauna. The hotel served delicious local breakfast and beside the pool. What made my stay superb was the very friendly and accommodating staff, including its manager...

We checked in for a one-night stay... and we must say that we've been delighted by it. The quality of the reception, the room, the quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle, the pool... eveything was perfect, for a very good price! No doubt I'd stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel in December 2016 and were highly satisfied. The rooms were lovely. They were perfectly clean and in a lovely traditional Thai style. The service couldn't have been better. The hotel staff will do whatever they can to help you. The menu at the hotel's restaurant is extensive and serves some lovely northern Thai food. The...

My wife and I are now in our eighth day at this hotel. We wanted a peaceful place to rest and refresh ourselves. This family-owned hotel has created the perfect atmosphere for our needs. We've been enjoying a comfortable room, the beautiful wood throughout the hotel, an excellent menu in a small beautiful restaurant, and a covered open air area...
