We stay here for 2 nights, our room was very spacious and clean, bed is very big and comfy. Bathroom area is also big. We had great customer service especially Michael, he is very attentive. Our room is right in front of the pool, the pool area was nice & relaxing. Things I don't like about the hotel is that it is too close to the airport can hear aircraft, also croaking frogs in the pond couldn't sleep at night, the wifi there is not that good and yes that weird room key...no a padlock! Apart from that it is a ok hotel to stay ;)

Cozy hotel located 3 km from Chiang Mai. It’s close to the airport so you will hear planes taking off overhead regularly, ear plugs are a must to get a good sleep. We had the poolside room. You open the bifolding full glass doors at the end of your room to a beautiful pool shared by 6 other suites. It’s a perfect end to a hot sweaty day of walking and exploring the area. Red trucks into town are 30 baht, but coming back is a different story, tell the driver you need to go to the Chiang Mai neurological hospital , it’s at the end of the lane from the resort, 5 min walk. Keep the address of the hospital on your phone and show it to the driver, your fare back will be less than half the price than if you say you are going to a resort. Breakfast was a bit unusual , you order individual items from a picture sheet, there are no complete meal options. My experience went like this, I ordered two fried eggs, roasted potatoes, bacon , and fried tomatoes. I was served the potatoes on a small plate first, then one egg arrived , again on a small plate, then the tomatoes , after I ate the first egg the second one came, then when I was done my meal including drinking my coffee ,the bacon arrived. Not a big deal if you are not in a hurry, but if you book an outing, leave extra time for breakfast. The staff are incredible and so helpful, the room was very clean and cozy. The safe in our room was just sitting in a drawer and not plugged in. So no use there. The door to your room is locked by sliding a wooden piece through a slot and using a padlock on the end to lock it. Old school method but it works. Overall the stay was pleasant ( must have ear plugs) and the staff were super nice and helpful. Would definitely return.

This is an odd but nice hotel. I had a room that opened up right into the swimming pool. Room was nice. The staff are very helpful. I had free coffee and the breakfast was good. The hotel is about a ten minute drive from the old city and near a very modern area. It is close to the airport. Not much of a spa though so I thought that part of their web site is misleading.

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff could not have been nicet, food was good whether in the outdoor cafe/bistro or inside in the main eating area. Swimming pool a good size though ladder a bit rickety it must be said. We had downstairs rooms which were very comfortable especially the beds (also equipped with mosquito nets) but if stairs are a problem would advise getting rooms on the ground floor. Croaking frogs, murmur of water from the pool, restful haven in the city and though there was some aircraft noise from nearby airport it was hardly a factor being intermittent rather than constant. Would definitely recommend.

Unbelievably bad service, staff arrogantly aloof and manager who aims to avoid any negative feedback by just ignoring you. Concrete blocks of rooms consist of damp cells locked by unsafe wooden hasps and padlocks on outside of door ( so you could be locked inside by anyone who chose to slide the hasp across after you entered your room!) Basic rooms are actually below ground level and look out only onto concrete wall with constant trickle of water from centrally located swimming pool all night long, but even worse is the incessant aircraft taking off or landing literally every 5 minutes 24/7 at CNX airport just metres away. And the psychotically spooky concrete statues all around are just freaky, naked Apollo adorns breakfast room resting on a grubby towel and poor Pegasus desperately trying to escape from the centre of the astroturf flanked pool just cannot be explained by any Lanna or Thai mythology..
Pick anywhere else in beautifully historic Chiang Mai if you wish to sleep, or just stay sane!

Not sure where to start, best comment is it is a hostel.
Room key no a padlock.Plus door can be locked by passer by as your inside!
Staff un obliging and definitely lack can do attitude, gossiping about residence with in ear shot of others.
Lack any hosting skills avoid eye contact at all times.
You are someone else's problem to deal with.
False grass on every! Surface bizarre.
Not suitable for infirm as steps everywhere no lifts.
Eating area dirty tables and generally unkept appearance.
Breakfast best avoided head up the soi. Getting a coffee takes time! Lots of!! Gave up and headed out as waiting in the damp fousty smell was nauseating.
Sleep not available = On flight path so genuinely located near the airport. Soi dogs and fowl assist you in avoiding sleep and slumber.
Best advice dont check in to start with. The photographer for the website is amazing but what you see is not what you get.
Chang mai has far more hotels in this price bracket that will far exceed any expectations.

We have been doing a lot of travelling around Thailand and this is by far the worst place we’ve stayed in so far. The staff and very creepy and rude. Rooms are in the basement (Dark and Dull) and they call them “deluxe rooms”. A lot of ants and worms in the room. The bar and restaurant look completely closed up so you can’t even get a drink to enjoy by the pool. It is crazy that this place can be called a “Resort and Spa” when there is nowhere at all to get a spa in this place. Also very strange how the door can be locked from the outside whilst you are in the room, so anyone passing by can lock you in your room!

This was definitely the worst hotel I stayed in my life. How come they can call themselves a Resort and SPA? The hotel is a one star, poorly maintained. There is no SPA. There are construction all over the place and room is the worst. Bathroom was clogged so water was all over the place after shower, the toilet is inside the shower, there was bugs and insects inside the room, pool was green. For breakfast there was no buffet! We had to wait 30 minutes for the staff to prepare our food: a horrible coffee, old bread, oily eggs and artificial juice.
I had booked a 4-night stay but could barely stay one. I requested an early check out and refund for the unused nights but they refused saying their policy is non refundable accommodation.
Please stay away of this place! See photos for just a few samples of what I saw.

Booked through Agoda, when we arrived we realised that it was nothing like the photos or description on Agoda. We refused to stay as it was dirty, smelly & unsafe. We had paid in advance and they refused to cancel or refund us. The photos on here are very misleading too so I will add some up to date photos. I reviewed it on Agoda but it hasn’t been posted.

I stayed here for all of 2 hours on February 9th. This spa and resort had no spa, no restaurant and no bar. This is not a resort and spa. I started my search for another hotel. After finding a good hotel LeMeridian I went back and retrieved my belongings. I did not receive a credit for my 3 day stay.

From our experience, hotel provides the transport for free to the airport. Only need to speak with the receptionist, tell them the time you need to be there and they will get you there in 15 min

We rented a scooter while in Chiang Mai and was never more than 10 min from any of the attraction. Additionally the hotel also provided free transportation to anywhere within 5km which was super convenient.
