This is my first negative review of a property for Trip Advisor. Refund via the mountain of Agoda paperwork meant that by the second night I had to restrain myself from searching for a stool and a rope. Amazingly, the reception displays ratings from Agoda/Trip Advisor/booking.com showing glowing numbers. I wondered if I was in the same property. Although the...

Lovely modern hotel beautifully decorated with two pools. A refreshing drink on arrival was a nice touch. Great location as you could walk into town. I would recommend hailing down a tuk tuk yourself and negotiating a cost to visit the sites as this worked out much cheaper. Visit Doi Suthep, the long neck village and the tiger sanctuary when...

An excellent location from which to explore the town. The reception were efficient at both check in and out. The rooms were of an interesting design, sufficiently spacious with effective room service. I would highly recommend this hotel which offers very competitively priced rooms.
