We recently stayed at the Buri Gallery House in Chiang Mai and had a wonderful experience!
The service was exceptional, with staff who were not only polite but also incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations on local food and attractions. On the day we went to the Elephant Dream Project, the staff provided towels and arranged for us to have a packaged breakfast (we left before they started serving breakfast). The next day, they recommended and arranged a great Temple "day trip" for us.
The rooms are clean, and spacious with authentic Thai decor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious full breakfast, and in the afternoon, enjoyed a drink and snack at the adjoining Baan Buri cafe. The location was ideal, making it easy to explore the city.
We highly recommend the Buri Gallery House for anyone visiting Chiang Mai!

The Buri Gallery House is a lovely little hotel in the heart of Chiang Mai. Due to its location in the old town of Chiang Mai, many things are comfortably reachable by foot. The rooms are beautiful and spacious with a nice asian interior design. The bathrooms are spacious as well, clean, smell great, not a bit moldy despite the heat and humidity in Thailand.
The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They try to accommodate you wherever they can. They booked a trip to the Living Green Elephant Sanctuary for us (highly recommended!!! Real sanctuary. Not one of those scams where the Elephants are enclosed to get them close to the tourists) ans even gave us a 200B discount on the tour without us even asking.
The breakfast is okay. They have some variety on the buffet (not overwhelming) but many things are often pretty sparsely. They have a menu on the side where you can order one dish pp per breakfast. Some things are good (thai fried eggs, thai soup, Nutella toast), some are not really recommendable (english breakfast).
Overall, I highly recommend this cute little hide away in Chiang Mai :) Would come again.

Very good 2 night stay in Chiang Mai, the Buri hotel is very comfortable. The reception is well organized, with free pick-up at the station or airport upon arrival. The rooms are spacious (we had a “Villa”), and the swimming pool is very pleasant! The breakfast is complete and good, with a cooked dish included to order. We will come back without hesitation!

What about... a great place. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. We stayed in Villa 1 and it was perfect with all possible amenities, bathroom with shower and bathtub, every day there was water in the room and the room was cleaned. The breakfast and the attached bar we enjoyed has great food. The location is also very convenient, within the walls close to several temples, as well as the Sunday Point of Sale and the different services. Thanks to Fang, the girl at the reception, we took advantage of the bikes, the laundry service and helped us book the different excursions and also live a moment of prayer with the Monks. It was a real pleasure staying here.

We loved our stay at Buri Gallery House. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The setting is a cool one because you can reach your room in just a few steps from a busy street to a hidden oasis. The room is modest but has everything you need and is very spacious. Including breakfast is amazing, the location is walking to many temples, when walking further, there is always a buzz available. Definitely recommend staying here.

Our stay at Buri Gallery House was absolutely wonderful. The location is stunning, impeccably clean, and exudes a traditional charm. The hotel also features a restaurant, the Ban Buri Cafe, which serves breakfast as well. The dishes are exquisite, with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The rooms at Buri Gallery are true gems, designed in authentic Thai style, equipped with every comfort, and offering a magical atmosphere. Lastly, a special thanks goes to the entire hotel staff: thank you for always being so kind and welcoming—we truly felt at home! We hope to visit you again soon!

We stayed almost a week at Buri Gallery, towards the end of August. It is very central, practically in front of Wat Phra Singh, you get there everywhere in the square kilometer of Chiang Mai old town. We were 4, with two 11-year-olds and everything went perfectly. Beautiful rooms, furnished in Lanna style, which already at the entrance make you breathe Thai air, much better than those of an impersonal modern hotel. Welcoming the small swimming pool (joy of the boys after the 'indigestion of temples and culture), extremely available, friendly and also friendly staff, always ready to recommend an excursion, solve a problem or help in the Reservation of some experience. Convenient that it was enough to cross the street for great food, however right next door there is a 7/11 and a Boots pharmacy. In short, a week of culture and relaxation for which we can only thank the Buri staff. Obviously, we can not help but recommend it

If you are at Chiang Mai, trust me you have to stay here!!! The property is exceptionally boutique. From the get go the staff would help you with your Chiang Mai trip and suggest you other attractions. The rooms are decorated in a very traditional old Chiang Mai ways with ample space for you to enjoy the ambience of the rooms. The property provides you bikes to go around the city along with locks. The pool is also good with service to have drinks at the pool until certain time. The breakfast is good and value for money. The property has a restaurant which has wide variety of food options and talented bar team to offer you amazing drinks options. There is a laundry service with an economical price. The staff offers you complimentary pineapple sweets. Last but not least there is a dog which is very friendly and sweet. We felt like home at Buri. We were so happy with Buri that when we returned back to Chiang Mai we stayed again.

We had a wonderful stay at Buri Gallery. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was lovely and clean with a really comfy bed. Free snacks and soft drinks stocked in the room, with a hand-written, personalized welcome note. The location couldn't be better, less than a block away from Wat Phra Singh, and the Saturday night street market in right on their doorstep, yet inside the compound is a quiet, serene oasis.

Arrived here yesterday. I was given an airport transfer without cost. The staff who met me were both wonderful. On arriving at the hotel I fell in love immediately. It’s such a pretty place. My suite is adorable (I’m still here I leave tomorrow). It was spotlessly clean on arrival, with personal and special touches to welcome me. The decor is wonderful inside my suite, cosy and has everything I require. The staff are friendly and welcoming and I have loved meeting the resident pup on reception! She is adorable, calm and friendly! The hotel is in a great location, almost hidden from view. It has a restaurant joined to it and residents of the hotel can get a discount off food, which by the way is delicious. Thank you Buri Team it’s wonderful staying with you!
