We run a private health program in Chiang Mai called "Renew Your Lease on Life," which we've conducted over the years in Bali in Indonesia, Koh Samui in Thailand, Dali in Yunnan, China, and Taiwan. Now we are offering our program in Chiang Mai, and because we live in a house in Thapae Soi 4, we looked for a suitable... More

We stayed here twice, for several days each, in a very spacious triple room. We were more than happy with all the amenities - safe, fridge, daily cleaning, bottled water, bathtub, huge windows, balcony, lift, clean swimming pool over the lane way. Wifi was included and we usually (but not always) had good reception in public areas and in our... More

Great location in one of the small soi's in the old part between Loi Kroy road and Thapae road. And I had a big rooms (deluxe) on the top floor with great view. And the breakfast (included) was perfect for me (croissant, tea, jam). Staff was a bit mixed, some staff were totally not into any friendly service, while other... More

This was my worst stay ever. Please save yourself from an horrible experience. The hostel receptionists, specially Ton Hom (I’m not sure if this his is true name as I I’ve been lied consecutively by the receptionists), treat you in a very rude way to the point of shouting at you. I had an early check out, with no support... More

I feel like this place is great for those who want to work on a budget and enjoy the Chiangmai town which is close by. Unfortunately hubs did not have a good night's rest. Noise he says. And I have to agree. These walls are quite thin and you an hear everything. Mostly your lovely neighbours doors opening and closing... More

This hotel was chosen as my family and I only needed to stay a night in Chiangmai and wanted to be close enough to the walking street. It was a 10 minute walk to the walking street but finding the hotel itself took some time. The hotel is pretty average but considering the price paid, you get what you pay... More

They were wonderful we really enjoyed our stay definitely value for money and the staff were so great. We stayed twice, 2 nights each time. Close to the night bazar and not too far from the thape gate. Lots of nice temples really nearby. The pool is small but we enjoyed it.

Can not grumble, not as good value as it was a few years ago and but there was quite a bit of inconsistency re room pricing. A group of 5 of us arrived there at different times and rates were rather varied, one of my friends had an appauling room with broken aircon about the size of a broom cupboard... More
