My 11-year-old son and I stayed here for one night after 3 nights in medium to low level hotels. It was nice to have a range of experiences in Chiang Mai but RarinJinda takes the cake. The staff were warm and welcoming. We loved the coconut welcome drink. The pool area was our favourite place to be. It was clean...

This was our first time visiting Thailand. The hotel grounds were nice. The rooms were clean. The hotel restaurant was across the street, which was interesting. I found the food to be subpar. There are not a lot of lounge chairs at the pool (maybe 10?). There are some ground level rooms located directly around the pool with private decks...

Stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is lovely with beautiful landscaping. Rooms are spotless, bed firm and comfortable, but the shower didn't drain well and on the last night, a pipe burst and flooded the bathroom. Luckily the hotel staff attended to it very quickly even though it was past midnight. The spa is excellent. Breakfast is good in...

Excellent service and welcome. Staff very friendly; The only challenge is that the spa is fronting the neighboring pub that streams live music - disrupts the peace The pool is beautiful; and the spa service is good We were pleasantly surprised that the staff upgraded us to the rooms with direct pool access. Breakfast over see the river - amazing...

This is a highly recommended hotel in Chiang Mai - peaceful, Zen-decorated, and service- oriented. We enjoyed the breakfast with the river view, dinner of Northern Thai food, spa (you should definitely try), Yoga in the morning (offered by the hotel), the gym facing the fountain, and the pool right out of your room (you can simply jump in if...

Loved the hotel when we first stepped into the hotel. We were served cold coconuts while checking in. Hotel has just finished renovation and it looked very new. Aroma oil was place in the room and the room smells good. The hotel was very quiet. In the afternoon, we saw only one or two families around the pool. The water...

We stayed here for our honeymoon for 6 nights and had a really great experience. We loved our room, the pool, and the staff. The hotel manager was also very nice and super helpful. We both got hot stone massages at the spa and agree that they were the best we had during our trip to Thailand, even if they...

Unfortunately no-one advised me when I booked that half of this hotel would be closed due to renovation. I was not offered any compensation in the way of a discount or upgrade. There were workmen everywhere. The rooms are very nice as is the bathroom which is to be expected when paying these rates. The location is lovely, quiet, right...

My fiance and I recently stayed here and had a wonderful experience. The room and grounds of this place are like a little oasis in the heart of Chiang Mai. The room was very modern (stayed cool) and VERY clean. It was walking distance to everything we wanted to see (especially the stunning Buddhist Temples) plus the hotel offered transportation...

The hotel is an excellent choice for travellers looking for a relaxing holiday. We are in a group of 3 and so we have requested an extra bed in our room but we don't find it cramped. The hotel is a heritage building which is absolutely beautiful. It has a spacious reception area and common room for guests to take...
