We arrived from Chaing Mai airport by metered taxi for 200bht which takes about 25 minutes. We had booked direct and let the hotel know our approximate arrival time and Pepsi came to the gate within a minute of us ringing the bell. What a wonderful, humble man! We were shown to our room which was a suite in the...

We had a junior suite up one flight of stairs, at the back. Lots of Lanna style, dark wood, in good nick and spotlessly clean. Very private and quiet. New bath towels overdue, minor point. We were greeted by the smiling Mr Pepsi, the manager (at 11pm) who also was the waiter at breakfast (delicious). Mr Pepsi speaks no English...

Stayed here for around a week and loved it. When I first arrived in Chiang Mai I had spent a few nights at a lovely & highly rated hotel in the Old City and was concerned about moving somewhere new ( I was only able to book for a few nights due to availability but had wanted to try it)....

Opas and his wife were wonderful and made arrangements and recommendations for our excursions in Chiang mai. The place and breakfast were top notch. Great location as well. Highly recommend! Will stay here again, in a heartbeat.

My sister-in-law booked this wonderful bed & breakfast and I came sling for the pure enjoyment. Behind the teak gates sits a hidden paradise. My beautiful junior Suite is perfect! Lovely peaceful guest house, a series of units, set among shady, tranquil gardens. At first I thought it might be too far from the Old City area (about 15 minutes walk) but soon came to appreciate the peace and quiet after the crowds and traffic of the Old City. Breakfasts made to order, nice change from the usual lukewarm buffet...

5 minutes away from the hustle and the bustle in the old colonial part of the city where you will find wonderful arty boutiques new cafes and riverside restaurants. Over the bridge is an all night flower market - where people buy flowers all night ! The resort is old wooden chalets with an old wooden breakfast and reading room...

quietly tucked away in Chiang Mai is this gem. We found this place through Lonely Planet and were not disappointed. We stayed in three different rooms across our seven night stay since the place was pretty booked (two different front wing rooms and one rear). The staff was so nice and helpful. The breakfasts were amazing....would recommend the Thai Omelet....
