Stayed with wife and two teenagers in separate rooms. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Swimming pool and grounds very nice. Wi-fi bad. Very close to night market and about 20 min walk from Chiang Mai gate. Hot water in Shower not consistent.
