We stayed for three nights. The location is pretty good, a bit of a walk from old Chiang Mai, but Grab makes it an easy trip. Everybody was very, very nice and the grounds and rooms are beautiful. We stayed in a two-bedroom family room and it was a perfect size for a family of four. We really appreciated the two single beds for the kids. The only (minor) complaint was that the water temperature in the shower was not very warm.

After coming to Thailand for a number of decades, this is our new favorite place to stay in Chiang Mai. Great location, wonderful staff, delicious breakfast buffet, spacious rooms, clean and nice pool (we're not even pool people). The staff went above and beyond helping us with a variety of issues. Walking distance to night market and a number of other markets around, close to the river, pantip plaza and a really fun lady boy show :-) We stayed there a number of times on this particular trip as we came and went from Chiang Mai over the course of a month and we will definitely go back there on our next trip.

This is a beautiful property, surrounded by trees. It is an oasis in the city. Close to the night market, shops, art in paradise and restaurants. A short tuk-tuk ride to the old city. Small enough that the staff anticipate your arrival and greet you with your key. Comfortable areas to sit and a nice pool in the middle of the property, all add up to the perfect stay.

It is a lovely hotel and I agree with the previous reviews, quiet ,nice pool , lovely room with a big bathroom ( deluxe room), ok breakfast, smooth airport pick up. My partner and I travel a lot so we are used to all types of hotels . The minimum we expect is to be made to feel welcome and for the hotel to do what they can to make our stay the best they can without us being Diva's. When we were shown the room we were told we would have to pay for anything that went missing or we break . The first page of the information pack says that there is a soiling the bed policy of THB 3,000 . Erm, am I in an 18 - 30's party hotel ? Not a great start but not the end of the world . Then we are told they do not have any irons to use , not even a communal ironing room . I am sure this is the first hotel in 30 years of travelling that could not find me an iron. They have an ironing service starting at THB 45 for a necktie , REALLY??? I can afford to pay for the ironing service but it's the principle of it, Don't try and make money out of your customers for a service that almost all hotels provide for free . I just went to the shopping mall and bought an iron for THB 250. Apart from one of the dogs that lives in a flat on the grounds barking at my partner once it was a lovely stay . But....... When when i am on holiday I want to stay in a hotel that makes you feel it is not just a business so I will look elsewhere next time.
